This looks great. I tried something similar and I had trouble getting my hearts to stay stacked. Even with Uglu dashes What’s your trick? Are they filled with air or helium?
Thank you so much! If you are using foil balloons, try making a circle with a sharpie marker and then add glue dots. Also rubbing the glue dots activates the glue (heat from rubbing) ❤️
