@@enticingmay435 In 2023 VNL, Turkey defeated Brazil 3-0 without Vargas. Watch the match at watch?v=N0xmC8aH29g. Turkey has 1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal in VNL. Brazil has 3 silver medals. Before Vargas, Turkey was always a team that ranked at the top.

Pero tu no viste el video? Fue un sorteo y les tocó en ese grupo. Les encanta crear teorías de conspirativas, todos los equipos estan bajo las mismas condiciones nada se le regala a nadie. Japón peleó su pase a los juegos y se lo ganó en cancha al igual que los demás equipos, nada de que Turquía y China le regalaron esos juegos por Dios! Y menos China que también estaba peleando su pase, no estaban para regalar partidos, usa la lógica.

Why do they still guess the 3rd spot? I mean after the first 2 are opened, it's OBVIOUS which will be the 3rd one. Quite dumb! And why 3 pools for the Olympics? Doesn't make sense either.
There is an obligation to extract and show all the balls with the names of the teams to show that each team has actually been inserted into the appropriate cup.
As for the 3 groups, it's something that I don't like either and I don't think it makes sense except to reduce the number of games played by each team.

I’m pleased with the drawing. Pool C is ok, not the easiest. But Thank God it’s not A. Any group is better than A.
The French pool was expected to be easy, but Serbia and China make it low-key a group of death.

@@scarlett_nt A heaven? But are you really sure? You must consider that in addition to the top two in each group, the two best third-placed teams also qualify for the quarter-finals. In group A and group B, at the end of the preliminary phase, the two third parties will almost certainly have at least 3 points and a 3-0 victory (useful for the set quotient in case of need). And are you sure that the third of group C, which is the most balanced, will have at least 3 points and at least one victory with a score of 3-0? Without necessarily wanting to be polemical, but have you considered this?

@@goodbyestranger6824 Japan is strong. But Dominican Rep. is stronger than Japan. I don’t know why everyone underestimates them. Last year they defeated USA and became NORCECA Champion. Also in QQT’s they defeated both Serbia and China and got the ticket in the first place. China couldn’t get the ticket because of them. Their libero Brenda Castillo is one of the best liberos. Their Hitters are top notch. Brayelin Martinez, Galia Gonzalez and Isabel Pena. Plus they are huge in size. Japan is a good team, but Dominican team is better. And the Netherlands is for sure better than Kenya 🤗. Kenya is the weakest team of the tournament. So to me the easiest group is group B.

I don’t… Brazil has eliminated Japan in two opportunities and we (Brazilians) really like the Japanese team. So we would prefer not to eliminate them again. I hope they both advance and hopefully only cross again in the final 😂
