- Welcome to Season 2! Did you miss us? We missed you! And we're kicking things off with a chicken cutlet recipe -- with peppers!
Here's what you need:
-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 red bell pepper
-1 yellow bell pepper
-1 green bell pepper
-1 large onion
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
-1 tsp of paprika
-1 tsp of dried oregano
-1/3 tsp of salt
-1/4 tsp of black pepper
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup white wine
-1/4 cup chicken broth
-3 tbsp heavy cream

What I love about you is that you are the same woman that we got to know way back on season one of RHONJ. There isn't anything phony about you. Plus, you look better now than ever. I just found your channel. You look amazing. Thank you for the simple dish . I will definitely fix this for my husband and myself. I haven’t been eating as well or as healthy since we are now completely empty nesters. So I have decided to start cooking more again ( healthy and delicious meals) . I understand completely why you arent on RHONJ, but I sure miss you...the old shows were some of the very best....you and your family were so genuine and NORMAL by comparison to some others.....I dont like the degree of viciousness there is now and its over and over and over, no other real storyline and maybe its age,maybe some repetition, but I miss the content of the old shows...God Bless You and Yours.....and so sorry to hear even the rumours about the Brandi thing...she's just.......just......

UPDATE: I did not have but a portion of a red bell pepper so I used that and onion, garlic. However, added some broccoli and olives. Yum.
