There is a old industrial park that looks similar to one you made in my hometown Laredo, Texas. Around the area by Slaughter Park and the former Tex-Mex Railway engine facility (Demolished), many abandoned spur tracks which once linked warehouses to the now KCS system. I’m not sure of the history yet sad the facility is gone for whatever reason.
I'm surprised there is no abandoned equipment on the abandoned sections, but I guess that's common. Also, you should look at Rapid City, SD. There's a huge section of abandoned Right of Way that could be used as inspiration for future projects.
So good to hear you're over the worst of Covid. I had a bad feeling that you'd given up with the P&B but it's really cool to see another video, the build is so detailed and realistic-looking. Happy New Year and hope your health keeps on improving!
How about making a small racetrack, like those you find in small towns where the NASCAR drivers got their start? There’s one in Newport, Tennessee that has a lot of junk cars around it. I made a thread on the Trainz Forums about superelevating a road, which requires a little config modification.
Love the videos you put out, it does give myself ideas and using Google earth is a very good tool to use. You should use the rusted track for that abandoned industries, if there is a way to retexture that street track to be rusty and not shiny it'll add to the fact its been there for years in all kinds of weather. Highland Candy Factory? or Highland Sweets. Could have a "Name here" then Sweets Factory.
I’ve been going back and watching your videos, finished the P&B (up until now lol), and am now almost done with Needles. D&T is next :) Also, the P&B playlist is missing some videos from it.
since it’s based on Scranton, why not Dunder Mifflin Candy Company?

Name for candy industry (Lerros Lollies and sweet)
It's been a long time!
haven’t watched your stuff in a while.
your work is incredible 👍
Awesome work as usual!
Man your building technique and quality of work has improved so much since your first video ( not that it was bad ). Excellent video 👍
I’d hate to work this customer in real life with that 4 lane road with no lights or gates being right at the switch
What is better to Join Patron or UA-cam. Can only do one of them. Love your videos. Is or will this be a paid down load?
Patreon. I keep up with that much more. I’d recommend the $10 or hire tiers. I don’t have anything set up for the UA-cam subscription thing.
Where do you get your road assets 👀
