The way Luca provided color variations to deal with any overlapping element is a brilliant invention itself !! a Million thanks Please Since that setup is re-usable please consider putting it out as a tool/script for everyone this's just insanly useful ! :)
Victor, Luca & Adam, thanks for bringing this out of the woodworks. Foundrys integration of AI into Nuke is a class act and serves as a template for the rest of the vfx industry. Cheers b
Also have to think about onset dressing and art department. A little grey white sand to match the paving grout sprinkled on drain edges. Some white straw or grass and leaves or other debris to cover drains at side. I know that a big shot with all the extras, camera move and changing light can mean just shoot.
Of course that’s the logical approach, it would had been efficient and easy to fix… but the location had restrictions to allow the art department to place anything on the floor, they simply allow anything that could stink the floor. But that’s the right spirit! ❤️
Because we don't make much, well I certainly don't and I've been it VFX for 30 years and have an AFI for VFX Supervision. The information is high quality ... that's all that matters
Wow, what a great explanation by Perez. Great teacher.

My goodness, Victor is really a fountain of knowledge. His method of teaching always applies across platforms.

Thanks for this. Keep'm coming. I learned a lot. I especially appreciated the idea of creating the input vs the ground truth.
Victor mentioned the script for the face marker removal being made available. Is there a link for that?
Hi Victor, could you talk more to the idea that you can capture passes and reference on set to help with CopyCat in post? Great video btw. 👍
