Look at house zodiac: Example: 10th house = Leo because Leo is 5th zodiac.
Go to Rashi number at top then look through planets.
Look for highest points for example, Jupiter and Mercury are high 5 point so it will give the benefit of any Mercury-Jupiter type job for this person since this is 10th house. Mars gave it the lowest point because it's 2. So no police job or any competition type jobs.

Thank you for such a clear explanation. A question: do you only consider the house lords, or do you also consider the placement of the planets in the various houses as well? For example, in this chart the Moon is lord of the 9th and contributes strongly to the 7th house of marriage. What if his Moon occupied a house other than the 9th, say the 10th. Would the meaning of Moon in the 10th also be a major contributor to the 7th?
