On Sept 4, 2024 the prosecution filed “STATE'S RESPONSE AND SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSES TO DEFENDANT'S REQUESTS FOR DISCOVERY”. Time will tell if the defense has every thing they need.
@@americanprincess851 okayyy. Guess we will. Very well could have given over something to please the deadline I can't see why it took them 17 motions I have a feeling thr new guy won't play things games and the state better come to play. The D has done everything but fully handover the alibi
@@InconitoBandito I agree and valid point about the prosecution just turning something in just to meet the deadline, i agree - I don’t understand why it’s taken the prosecution all this time to give discovery to the defense, I agree- I don’t think the new guy is goes to let the prosecution continue to playing with the discovery to the defense now.
Whoever hurted those poor students must have unalived other/more people before the incident, basically one or two perps that are very experienced, its a scary thought. I think there were two killers involved, not just one
Definetly multiple perps near and at the house. They knew exactly when to go there. Personal revenge type of crime. Kohberger has zero connections and had no evidence found both direct physical and digital anywhere. This partial trace "dna" if it is even that, has shown prosecutors fallacy. They must have think he will take a plea because of D penalty. That prosecutors job would be just this vacuum and easy. Noup, not gona happen!
Lets have a call to prosecutor, where is all the evidence? Why there is important videos missing? Why lies that BK stalked and follow victims? Where is all of the discovery dude? All admitted in the courtroom. "We dont have those". Well why is this young man behind bars? You know it is illegal to falsified statements and claim prosecutors fallacy statistic is legit. Its Not

@@whitneytrigwell959 Well, it’s always a good idea to allow anyone into the horserace, even the long-shots. You must know that there’s a preponderance of evidence against Bryan Kohberger. He’s the favorite. Running at 1:1 odds right now. Even money.
Betting on the long shot. Aka; conspiracy theories. 50:1 odds brought in the Kentucky Derby winner in two horse races that I saw in my lifetime. I’ll never see that again! Thank god defendant is out of that weird town. Something about this case has been very off from day1. Always presumption of innocence! Thats how system should go.
Those privileges should be granted depending on the severity of the charges and the evidence already in place. This mass murderer (as science has already shown) does not deserve even a fair trial for what he clearly did. And Judge Judge is a lackluster judge that sold himself to the best interests of the University and this defendant's team of lawyucks paid by taxpayers.
How moronic, to say that before all the evidence has been presented. Totally backwards way of thinking. You do know this is how nazis and witchburners thought, right?

From what i have follow the case docket and hearings. This is innocent man walking. And always should be presumption of innocent, thats how system should go but not with crooked prosecutor!
As if people in Boise haven’t heard of this case.
We've heard of it in New Zealand!
Right?! It’s national news!
Has the Prosecution provided all Discovery by the September 6th date? Its now September 15th...
Highly unlikely. It's also unlikely that the Bill Thompson will continue with the sinking ship.
No and Billy will use the “ well i figured with things changing I would hold off”
