Check the buckle (closer to ankle )brown one is adjusted to fit you size so you have to do the same for black one and than it will be to you comfort.May be that’s the problem

Hi Sambhavna Didi get a size smaller I worked at a footwear store in Canada known as Kintec. An orthotics an orthopaedic footwear store. Some the softer footbed have a different size from a general one. The rose pink will be smaller than the black so buy a size smaller in black. I'm sorry if I can't explain it well

For arthritis issue these chapal aren't comfortable.. use medicated soft and rubber sole Chappel... It might super expensive but I can see it's uncomfortable .
