dude, i love cliff. anesthesia is def one of my favorite things to play. but from the casual listener of iron maiden (which i consider myself), cliff doesn't seem like much. but some of the earlier stuff is actually pretty good w/ some surprisingly elaborate basslines. and i never said they sounded the same, but they are in the same broad genre of heavy metal music
Bruce Dickinson sounds on fucking top form here man. A brilliant singer on one of his best days. I hope this sees a cheap or fan club free DVD release cos it's awesome, same as the Donington Performance from this year (2007).
