Yo mate - they call it "fresh milk pork skewers" (หมูปิ้งนมสด) because they marinate the pork with milk so it seeps into the meat and makes it juicier and tastier. When you go to a pork skewer stall and they DON'T have the word "fresh milk" (นมสด) it means they haven't marinated it with milk. Hope that helps!

They have some dumb rule in some streets where they alternate the sides of the road they park on each day. I just make sure to park with a whole bunch of bikes now.
