This attitude of throwing money or showering singers with money while they are singing is not very respectful to the artist and the music. Obviously it is necessary to pay the artists, but it could be with alot more dignity and respect. Best would be to wait till the musicians are finished, then to put the money with both hands near their feets. The act of throwing money is done (with due respect) when unmannered men let the women dance for their pleasure. As an accomplished singer Ustad Shafaqat ji should be very aware of how to treat any musician, regardless of age, level of musicianship etc, and give the right example to younth and the community.

Ye sab dekh kar aaj Nazro se gir gaya ye insan... Jisko me bahut bada ustad manta tha par ye dekh kar dil hi toot gaya... Itna attitude... Baapre... public me samne Stage pe sirf rati hui achi achi baatein hi karte he bass... Or stage ke niche buzurgon ke liye man me zara si bhi respect nahi... Dil me itna mel... Bhagwan inhe sad buddhi pradan kare...
