I don't have any tips for you except to practice, when you use a fruit a lot eventually you will learn how it works and how to use it

If you’re willing to eat a few hits, up tilt into injection shot aimed down or 4 m1s into mes can usually let you continue your combo. And switching modes is really fast so after combo extending with counter shock and your weapon, you can do the 4 m1s/uptilit and switch modes right before using the move
