I feel like delney is better in the 99, but if you want it as the commander this works pretty well

@SkyshroudProtector I've tried it with Mondrak as commander and it makes the curve weird. With Delney you can go hare on 2 , delney 3 , double hare on 4. With mondrak it is clunky
