Hi! Unfortunately I've only thrifted in Delaare once, but most thrift I find have quite a bit of Aerie, Old Navy, and Banana Republic, along with some of the other brands you mentioned. I recommend local thrift stores (Google "thrift store"), which can often be better priced than a regular Goodwill. There is also the Delaware Goodwill Outlet "Bins" if you're up for the hunt!!
