The guilt feeling you experience when you are doing something wrong, is due to this form. And when he inhales, all these universes goes back into the pores. In each universe Bramha has 100 years 1day of Brahma= 2kalpas 1kapla=14 manvantaras 1manvantara = 71 mahayugas 1maha yuga = 4 yugas 4 yugas= satya yuga, thretayuga, dwaparayuga and kali yuga Kaliyuga = 432000 human years Where are we? In our universe, this is beginning of 4th yuga (kaliyuga), and 28th mahayuga,7th manvantara Brahma's 51st year 1st day.
