No matter what fad diet you choose, how much you work out, how many calories you take in, how often you indulge in "bad" food, or anything else, there will NEVER be a perfectly healthy lifestyle. "...fillers like soy." Soy isn't a filler, it's a legitimate source of protein. Filler is a term for a food that has little to no nutritional value and just being used to"fill" space in something. Like processed corn and grain filler.
Amarianee Soy is a miracle substance of sorts. people lose their SHIT when they hear soy is in something. I dunno, them Japanese folk sure do look healthy... I could never LIVE off of soy, but I do enjoy it.
I know, I was responding to statement in the video where they said, "fillers like soy." It's not an unhealthy filler, like they're trying to say in the vid.
They are healthy because they eat very, very little soy. Most of their diet is fish and vegetables. They also get far more exercise than we do. Most walk to where they are going and many business have an exercise time for their employees. They also don't eat much in the way of wheat or sugar.

Hit dislike as soon as you started hissing at "chemicals" as the only reason something was unhealthy. Everything is made up of chemicals, so provide more details.
I'm confused. You *just did* Food Myths... which called claims about artificial sweeteners like Aspartame to not really be all that bad. Then you say that Diet soft drinks cause all those things... Pick a side please.

WatchMojo.com may i point out that the whole eating fat makes you fat theory is wrong. i started eating most meat fats like pig fat and other fats such as butter in mass amounts, with fruits and vegetables. i quit eating sugar, and i barely eat any grain. and i have been sleeping better, i dont have any more muscle cramps, i have double the energy, and my mind is not clouded and way faster at processing. stop believing in the stupid old diet ways they are wrong.
Actually, if you use low-fat plain yogurt, that's healthy. The thing that makes yogurt unhealthy is added sugars they use to flavor the yogurt. Since plain yogurt isn't flavored, it's low in sugar. Especially Greek yogurt.
+Roxstar14 The low fat yoghurts are unhealthy as they replace the fat which is the flavour with sugar to compensate. NORMAL Natural or Greek yoghurt is very healthy and contains no sugar. Basically all so called low fat yoghurts are full of sugar and should be avoided.
+John Mc Cain Good question. Grow a garden in your backyard and eat from it, I guess. Or you could also eat anything you want but in controlled portions.
They keep mentioning "chemicals" without pointing out that literally everything you eat is a chemical. I've laid in bed sick watching wm top tens for hours now and this one is by far the worst.
i dont like margarine because it makes my stomach hurt, if i eat butter its completely fine and butter tastes better for me :P. well not exactly "hurt" but a strange feeling that feels like hurting but it doesnt actually hurt :P
Whenever I see things like this about healthy, fat free, natural snacks, I remember back to some friends of ours who sold Shaklee siht. Shaklee had a line of "healthy" snack bars that were also touted to be low calorie. I never read the label, but our friends had these bars on their table and would eat them one after another. My mom asked them about that, why they ate 3-4 at a time. She was told they're healthy and low calorie, therefore you can eat more of them. Talk about illogical logic.
Same here. I have bacon and eggs for breakfast like 2 - 3 times a week and I only use full fat stuff (milk, yoghurts, etc.). But as little processed foods as possible. I have never had problems with my weight or health...
The person above me is right ay, just take a regular salad if your desperate for "healthy" or less calorie food and take a good dressing like balsamico and your good to go. :) Well at least in my case when I went to McDonald´s on Thursday and got a snack salad classic lol. Not saying tho that it´s healthy tho. :^)
+TXK Ashes Uneducated zombie puppet consumers...you know, the ones eating gluten free this year because they think it's healthier, as a result companies are putting "gluten free" on every freaking product even though it never had any to begin with.
It's a little ironic that I got a Innocent smoothie ad before this video XD Notoriously a unhealthy "health drink" packed with enough sugar to keep a classroom of toddlers up for hours.
+MeanManSlayer Start with fats, because there are some fats the human body needs to stay healthy...examples would be the fats found in avocado, olives, salmon
The wheat bread is actually true. I used to eat wheat bread and my stomach and face was always round, when I stopped eating wheat I wasn't nearly as round.
Im from spain and for me this list shows that in USA dont have any idea of what healthy means. All of this foods i already knew that were unhealthy i just can´t understand that people there belive this is "healthy"
+Mikicas People sue Mc'Donald's. ... in America for making them fat and unhealthy. ... It makes you think, what kind of idiot thinks a hamburger, fries and coke is food? Treat? - Yes. Food? No, not really.
silvercrow PROCESSED FRUIT YES especially some not all canned fruits that come in cans with sugar syrup or fruit juices like processed oj cranberry etc that have added sweeteners like HFC food from the earth no... unless u binge on fruit like have shit tons of smoothies that can be a problem i do believe. The biggest problem is if you eat healthy on binges to the point u increment ur body fat as the ultimate goal of any healthy diet is to reduce sat fats remove all traces of trans fats and get rid of as much cholesterol as possible while reducing body fat to a healthy range. Skinny ppl who eat shit all the time are not safe they die of heart attacks all the time. Most ppl think thin = healthy.... its the diet if its toxic ur fucked.
silvercrow slowly and constantly... yes... providing u with energy slow weight ghain and balance. Sugar candies rise it quick insluin surges and fat. Insulin is what stores fat... its well known by doctors. High protein levels convert over to fat because it also raises insulin quickly
using adblock deprives content creators of deserved income. ads are the only way they make money on youtube and without them, they couldnt make what they make.
This list is dead on accurate. Other than being deceived by these food processing brands, what's even worse (or criminal) is we've also been deceived by our doctors as well. I can't count the times I've heard doctors say eat low fat or non fats this and that.
Bread comes from wheat Tomato is healthy Cheese comes from cows Cows eat grass Grass is a plant Plants are healthy Lots of toppings are healthy Pizza=Healthy
Also, everything is chemicals. So when you say that these unhealthy foods contain “chemicals” I’m thinking, “all foods contain chemicals you ignoramous” . If they are “harmful” or “unhealthy” chemicals, then say so. But saying a food is unhealthy because it contains tons of “chemicals” is gobbledygook!
Did everyone catch the appearance in the sports drink video of Kimbo Slice? Or perhaps I should say the late Kimbo Slice. His heart gave out when he was 42.
Pork loin (The other white meat) is equal to chicken breast, health-wise. Look it up. I grind lean pork loin, add a touch of olive oil and season and patty that. It can be a total hamburger replacement. Add paprika and cumin, or taco seasoning, ant Grill mates seasoning, beef bulion, whatever, right into the ground pork.
why all be like dat at least are people tryn to help .. and bring anothet true of the things meanwhile the people who create those thing get better (rich) I guess they dont consume his own products becauae the harm
No it is not. Water is one of the most healthiest drinks in the world. I know that water contains Oxygen and Hydrogen (also known as H2O) but oxygen doesn't cause skin cancer u dumb dumb. We breath in air we breath in oxygen I don't think anyone has got skin cancer.
Listing diet soda as #1 discredits the whole list for me. First off, there have been extensive studies on all FDA approved artificial sweeteners and they have all been found to be perfectly safe in normal quantities. Also, if diet sodas are linked to heart disease, etc and are to be "avoided at all cost", why would you say they're "okay for people with diabetes"?
+49jubilee great evidence there Einstein. Aspartame and sucralose are big again and again tested by a variety of different regulatory bodies, and meta-analyses and studies on both the sweetness reveal no bad health outcomes at physiologically relevant amounts of consumption. The point is, diet sodas, as long as the ingredient list doesn't include other harmful agents, are a million times better for you than regular ones sweetened with fructose or sucrose.
49jubilee you're an idiot. Those recommendations for water are general guidelines at the very high end of consumption (so in hot places with the person being assumed to be young and very physically active), and even then they're about your total water intake (including foods and such, not just liquid water). Drinking seventy ounces of water a day is stupid.
Bace Beast Bruce is no longer with us, this is his brother answering all his comments and emails. Sadly, he took his comment too serious and starved to death.
+Michael Sellers Soy beans are great. Almost too great so people try to find anything bad about them to get attention. Scandal news headlines and that sort of thing.
+Michael Sellers -- That's not what happened at all. She didn't 'bash' soy, she said that most _"Veggie Burgers"_ use Soy as 'padding'. If something is advertised as a vegetarian alternative to meat, that still gives you everything you need - But is actually made of 50% _(or more)_ Soy - Not only is that false advertising but it's also *not* healthy because Soy Beans *do not* provide the human body with everything it needs to function properly.
She did bash it. Calling something a "filler" implies that it's solely to provide bulk, when, in fact, soy is a complete protein source. And then to turn around and advocate for putting some other bean in the burger is a bit ridiculous. She ever listed it along with a string of other things she termed "unhealthy." It helps to listen.
It's _almost_ sad how much you've both missed the point. *Twice!* But it's mostly just annoying. She and I both said that a "veggie burger" *claiming to provide all the nutrients and vitamins provided by meat* - Which is actually made almost entirely of Soy, which *does not* itself provide the required nutrients and vitamins - Is false advertising and unhealthy - *It is a fact that Soy is used as filler*, there is not point arguing that. Soy Beans are *ONE OF MANY* ingredients that need to be *COMBINED* to provide what the body needs in the absence of meat. It is not the _be-all and end-all_ of a meat-free diet. It is not the _'Vegan Messiah'_. Try _paying attention to what people are actually saying_ before switching to 'butt-hurt' mode and acting like toddlers.
Never seen a veggie burger that looked that disgusting over here in Britain. And people know that sports drink are unhealthy, they are the chosen drink of chavs on the dole throughout the UK. Poor show America, poor show.
I've seen ones that literally are just chopped vegetables pushed into a burger shape in the uk, and they have NOTHING else added in. I even saw the chef make it :D
I feel like EU has better food in general. I was once in US, and I went to MCDonalds to find everything soaked in oil....like, normal burgers arent healthy but geez....
***** Yeah, tell me more about how 'bad' America is for being overweight and unhealthy while the UK has the highest obesity rate in Europe. Everywhere in the world fabricants are adding shit to food, it isn't just the USA. Of course there are places where veggie burgers are legit veggie burgers, but believe me, there are many more places where burgers are just filled with crap, even in the UK.
Belinda Dunning every country has such things, but in america its just so apparent, yes, UK may have most obesity in EU, but obesity over there isnt as extreme as in US..
The truth is that those "light" or "diet" drinks have worse shit in them 9/10 times, same can be applied to some of those "zero" or "no sugar" drinks aswell
One reason not to drink regular coke high fructose corn syrup. All soda is bad for you. I am a diabetic and believe me I had to learn the hard way. One glass of sugar soda sends my blood sugar shooting up. I limit myself to one diet soda a day when I have them most days I drink green tea and lots of water. The key to eating healthy is moderation.
Rick Alpha Even if it's safe it's absolutely disgusting. It tastes like chemicals, which is exactly what it is. I'd much rather consume the sugar honestly. Also, it isn't safe. It can change the chemistry of the brain and make you more likely to get diseases like ALS, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's. Maybe doing research beforehand is a good idea...
The Inuit (Eskimos) of Canada live on virtually an entirely meat diet, and they regularly live into their 90s and 100s, perfectly healthy. Meat isn't nearly as bad for you as these vegans would want you to believe. Natural lean meat, that is... not meat with added hormones or anything of the sort.
Actually the Inuit ate very fatty meats. In fact whenever there is too much lean meat in their diet the tend to get very sick and malnourished because all the vitamins are in the fat. Farm animals however are very different to wild animals in both what they are fed and how much activity they have which makes farm meat shit nutritionally. It like saying that added sugars are good for you because strawberries are good for you and they have lots of sugar, they are similar but very different where it matters.
Diet Coke literally gave my aunt colon cancer, which made her extremely sick and was so painful, she went thru chemo but still passed away in under a year from when diagnosed. She drank so much Diet Coke (like 6-12 cans/day!) it was basically all she consumed in a day for years; she seriously thought it would help her stay fit, and took no other ‘risks’ like alcohol, smoking, obesity- worked out and had no health problems her whole life until then. I’ll never drink that garbage, and try limiting myself to water or tea because I can tell how addictive soda can truly be! RIP RMH❤️
+Mene Tekel You're right. I grew up in Jamaica and coca cola here in the USA tastes nothing like a remember in Jamaica. Come to think of it nothing here tastes like it did in Jamaica. The beef is tough and takes a longer to cook. Some fruits an veggies here in the US are gassed to make them appear ripe. You're at supermarket and see a ripe tomato when you get home the middle is white. Vine ripened ones have softer flesh and is tender when cut with no white inside. I miss the days of good ole food.
+naturegirl2110 I can definitely relate, I'm from Brazil and also lived in a tropical area. In America they pick the fruits before they are ripe in order to transport it as a result they don't taste fresh.
This list is fucking ridiculous. The worst, by far, is number 1, encouraging people to drink regular soda instead of diet soda. 30 grams of high fructose corn syrup is sooo much worse for your body than the couple of mg of aspartame in diet soda, which is the only real difference between diet soda and regular soda. Sugar is what's making this country so unhealthy. If every person that regularly drinks regular soda switched permanently to diet soda, our rates of obesity and diabetes would drastically drop. The only harm in diet soda is that it's hypertonic, so it runs the risk of dehydrating you if you've got kidney issues or you guzzle like 2-liters at once. But even then, regular soda is far more hypertonic and has a far higher osmolarity and osmolality, so diet soda is still the better choice. And before anybody says "aspartame turns into formaldehyde and gives you cancer", that's a bullshit myth. It can be broken down into formaldehyde, yes, but in such tiny amounts that you have absolutely nothing to worry about unless you're drinking like a 24 pack of diet soda every day of your life for decades. Either way, if you drank a 24 pack of regular soda every day for decades, you'd die of obesity and/or diabetes complications long before the risk of gastric or colon cancer became a serious threat in a diet soda binge drinker. The rest of the list is generally stupid, but not blatantly wrong like number 1 is. Water is obviously a better choice than diet soda, but diet soda is by far a better choice than regular soda.
Absolutely right. I believe the whole anti-diet soda campaign was started by the sugar giants, who have a vested interest in getting and keeping as many human beings hooked on massive amounts of processed sugar, which of course is in just about every food product at the grocery store.
orasis At the end of my comment, I clearly say there are better choices than diet soda, but that diet soda is a better choice than regular soda. Do you have any evidence, any science-based reasoning to support your claim that more than 2-3 diet sodas a month is not good? How exactly is it not good? What harms befall you when you drink 4 diet sodas a month??
+Yes Ready In the US, the sweetener in soda is actually high fructose corn syrup instead of sugar, mainly due to cost. I guess its an added bonus that its also more addictive.
+Troy Bradley If the food industry and sugar industries loses their precious sugar-crack addicted junkies, then how else will they get rich? If people started growing their own food and layed off the sugar, they'd get the government involved to probably 'inspect' to make sure we have at least one pound of sugar in each household at all times and that it is being consumed in 'proper' doses. Anyone who'd oblige is shipped away to the sugar cane fields for 'refreshing labor' to be made to 'appreciate' the hard work that goes into getting the wholesome and nutritious sugar on the plates of each 'starving' child. Even the people hooked on sugar are aggressive and rage-filled even towards people who don't eat much of it or who are against it. Yet get more angry still at the healthier non-sugar eaters with no diabetes, lower weight and less tooth decay. It must be the candida talking in these ultra-sugar packers.
My husbands grandma and uncle (hes already past almost a month ago) are diabetics and they drinked diet coke almost everyday. I never understood that. She's now having trouble with her kidneys and cannot drink sodas now. She's hooked up to a machine that helps her kidneys function to make her pee. How the hell these soft drink company's are still in business?
+AmiWhiteWolf Just look at cigarette companies they make billions yet we all know smoking kills people. Very good marketing with misinformation is what keeps them going.
@@judithslone6472 Yeah people always try to find something negative about good things. Diet coke is just soda that is 0 calories. It's a better option if you don't want to drink a whole burger amount of calories. You should still drink water duh, but diet coke is still a better option if you're trying to keep in shape.
@@m36games diet coke is bad in general, it has a lot of chemicals that our toxic to our bodies, hence why its 0 calories. diet coke can also be used to clean toilets due to the amount and type of chemicals that are found in its formulation.
Hmm I would do little bit more research mojo staff... most diet drinks are different from their sugary counterparts in one thing, aspartame instead of sugar, you can argue that aspartame although eatable is not very healthy, but same you can say about sugar, and some manufacturers replace aspartame with healthier alternatives (like sucralose, stevia ), so do not overdo it . ONE can of diet is better than one can of regular sugary (which IS overdoing it).
Its true. You arent an idiot for drinking diet soda on a diet you are only an idiot if you drink diet soda and think its okay to eat more because of it. It may not be healthy but it CAN be good for weight loss afterall you only gain weight with a surplus of calories.
Well, choosing healthy food is not so easy in this modern life, where everybody seems to rush in every hour. All we can do is preventing us from worse effect of such foods.
My smoothies are made from fruits, veggies + plain fresh water so I consider them pretty healthy 😉 I am aware about the fructose so I don't drink a smoothie every day...
yes that fruit juice you by your kids like Motts, Juicy Juice and High-Top.......just as much sugar as a soda. and those fruit cups served at day care........SUUUGGAR!!! you are better off making your own juice and buying fruit from stores anf cubing/slicing, or eating it whole.
uhhh, fruit juice in general is pretty much not that great. You take a lot of the good stuff of the fruit, throw it away, and drink sugar water with a few natural colorants and what you could salvage of the vitamines and stuff. Plus, you consume waaaaay more of the fruit sugar that way, same as with the dried fruits. I've never eaten 10 oranges, but yeah, i can easily see myself drinking a large bottle of orange juice in one sitting. So, aside from water and maybe some teas, there isn't really healthy drinking.
Like millions of curious people I've tried many of the "healthy" products highlighted in this video as well as their "actually healthy" alternatives.....When all was said and done...I'd rather eat dirt....
No, because due to the juicing process it does contain a huge amount of free fructose (the slow absorbing bound fructose is decomposed), going straight to the liver, where it is transformed into fat, causing non-alcoholic fatty liver-disease.
I make smoothies as healthy as I can. It's pretty much raw fruit, ice, and orange juice. Occasionally a hint of some Stevia if it's just stuff like raspberries or blackberries.
No, the exact opposite. we need to stop using the word chemical and start counting calories. if you cut chemicals out of your diet you would eat literally nothing.
People thought energy drinks were healthy? None of these are really bad for you if you eat them in moderation. Soy isn't unhealthy, it's not a "filler" it's a legitimate source of protein. Wheat bread? Really? Wheat bread may be higher in calories than regular bread but it's still rich in fibre and has more vitamins and nutrients which is ultimately better for you than the empty calories you get from regular white bread. I honestly have this great idea called eat anything you want in moderation. Food isn't inherently bad and fattening, as long as you control your portions.
+Terezi Pyrope Everything is made of chemicals, all matter is made up of chemicals, every thing you can touch is made of chemicals. its literally impossible to find food that does not contain any chemicals.
Not the kinds humans add to it. Let's be real here and not be literal. Adding chemicals to something to make it taste better or last longer is why a lot of Americans are obese.
Rule number one on health foods. If it has a commercial, it's most likely not healthy.
#3 ignore the carbs and fat is bad bullshit

Smoothies can be healthy if you don't add 20 pounds of sugar and chocolate syrup.
And dried fruit is in general healthy, but if you're sugar sensitive you just need to watch
Thank you
Thanks Josie! :)
Can you make like a opposite list to this one?
Like 10 foods we think are unhealthy, but are actually healthy.
This is a difficult task. Food sold in big quantity is a combination of cheapest stuff and additives (and therefore never healthy)

@@barih4prez It's not unhealthy if you don't add sugar and minimize your intake. Think about it.

sam1w2e When was any Soda considered healthy lol
People actually think diet soda helps with diets. Its pretty self explanatory

Hit dislike as soon as you started hissing at "chemicals" as the only reason something was unhealthy. Everything is made up of chemicals, so provide more details.
+Peter Souza Exactly, all food is 100% chemicals
Exactly! Was searching for this comment
Absolutely, chemophobia leads to some pretty unhealthy decisions and is used to manipulate potential customers.
lol einstein thought this was a science channel and everyone who watches it will understand the science explanation
I don't want chemicals in my food! That's why I eat empty space.
I'm confused. You *just did* Food Myths... which called claims about artificial sweeteners like Aspartame to not really be all that bad. Then you say that Diet soft drinks cause all those things... Pick a side please.
Because I totally thought diet soda was a health food before watching this

WatchMojo.com may i point out that the whole eating fat makes you fat theory is wrong. i started eating most meat fats like pig fat and other fats such as butter in mass amounts, with fruits and vegetables. i quit eating sugar, and i barely eat any grain. and i have been sleeping better, i dont have any more muscle cramps, i have double the energy, and my mind is not clouded and way faster at processing. stop believing in the stupid old diet ways they are wrong.
Every food (and drink, but staying on topic) contains calories.
Good thing I started to eat oatmeal after I got sick the week before Spring Break!! Otherwise I'd be eating cereal every school day.
In health just this last week (still in middle school) we went through the facts of diet and regular soda.

Smoothies are insanely healthy if you just put in frozen fruit and little to no yogurt.
+Chopper Adding a little almond milk makes it sweet like a shake
Actually, if you use low-fat plain yogurt, that's healthy. The thing that makes yogurt unhealthy is added sugars they use to flavor the yogurt. Since plain yogurt isn't flavored, it's low in sugar. Especially Greek yogurt.
+Roxstar14 The low fat yoghurts are unhealthy as they replace the fat which is the flavour with sugar to compensate. NORMAL Natural or Greek yoghurt is very healthy and contains no sugar. Basically all so called low fat yoghurts are full of sugar and should be avoided.
+Chopper Use Kefir. Its a great alternative to yogurt
Yes, though I find its quite difficult to be consistent in its taste and thickness when made from Kefir grains.
so what do I eat? clean air?

Whenever I see things like this about healthy, fat free, natural snacks, I remember back to some friends of ours who sold Shaklee siht. Shaklee had a line of "healthy" snack bars that were also touted to be low calorie. I never read the label, but our friends had these bars on their table and would eat them one after another. My mom asked them about that, why they ate 3-4 at a time. She was told they're healthy and low calorie, therefore you can eat more of them. Talk about illogical logic.

I get a weird sticky feeling on my teeth when i drink it

I include almost all processed foods in the "avoid list". Going back to fresh organic is awesome. THANK YOU for the fun to watch videos.
Same here. I have bacon and eggs for breakfast like 2 - 3 times a week and I only use full fat stuff (milk, yoghurts, etc.). But as little processed foods as possible. I have never had problems with my weight or health...
You left out every salad sold at a fast food place, because those have about as many calories as the chicken nuggets, burgers, etc.
Its the sauce
The person above me is right ay, just take a regular salad if your desperate for "healthy" or less calorie food and take a good dressing like balsamico and your good to go. :)
Well at least in my case when I went to McDonald´s on Thursday and got a snack salad classic lol.
Not saying tho that it´s healthy tho. :^)

Treat? - Yes. Food? No, not really.
Not every here thinks “health foods” are healthy.
We really don’t .
It feels like whatever we eat as healthy food will always be proven to be quite unhealthy in 5-10 years later.
+silvercrow no one has ever been able to say that about whole foods like fruits and veggies.
I LOVE NUTMEG :] well some claim you should be careful with fruit because they contain so much fruit sugar.
silvercrow PROCESSED FRUIT YES especially some not all canned fruits that come in cans with sugar syrup or fruit juices like processed oj cranberry etc that have added sweeteners like HFC food from the earth no... unless u binge on fruit like have shit tons of smoothies that can be a problem i do believe.
I LOVE NUTMEG :] No no I mean Fructose. All fruits have fructose. It raises the bloodsugar.
silvercrow slowly and constantly... yes... providing u with energy slow weight ghain and balance. Sugar candies rise it quick insluin surges and fat. Insulin is what stores fat... its well known by doctors. High protein levels convert over to fat because it also raises insulin quickly

This list is dead on accurate. Other than being deceived by these food processing brands, what's even worse (or criminal) is we've also been deceived by our doctors as well. I can't count the times I've heard doctors say eat low fat or non fats this and that.

News flash! Soy is just a bean. It's totally okay to eat it. The host bashes soy, then recommends making your own veggie burger with beans. Hello!
What? It's not an alternative because it isn't nutritionally complete in itself? That makes no sense. No single food gives you everything you need.

Yeah, england has better health foods
Why not to drink diet soda? 1 word: Aspartame
Abigpuppy Do you live in 2010? Aspartame has been deemed safe for human consumption by over 100 regulatory agencies in their respective countries
Correctly said
The truth is that those "light" or "diet" drinks have worse shit in them 9/10 times, same can be applied to some of those "zero" or "no sugar" drinks aswell

Everything that tastes awesome is bad for you
Well, some things are worth to die for then.
I once met a granny of over 100 years old, who used to be alcoholic and a junky. Everything is relative
I understand what you are saying, but assuming IceQueen has their facts straight, you can't compare an individual with a population.
This is not true. The Inuit were neither healthy nor a long living culture, they had atherosclerosis and osteoporosis.
bg dvdfcd lol
The golden rule is :
If it tastes very good
It aint very healthy.
My homemade green smoothies are very healthy and taste delicious.
RIP RMH❤️
Diet soda tastes like medicine. Yuck
+naturegirl2110 American soda in general tastes nasty because it's made with synthetic sugar.
+Troy Bradley I disagree... soda diet or sugar packed are both bad. If you're drinking more than 2-3 soda's a month... not good.
orasis At the end of my comment, I clearly say there are better choices than diet soda, but that diet soda is a better choice than regular soda.
+Troy Bradley
If the food industry and sugar industries loses their precious sugar-crack addicted junkies, then how else will they get rich?

Fresh Dehydrated banana chips are so much better then deep fried.
Awkward-To-Awesome yum!
The smoothies one was really stupid. Of course it's not healthy if you add unhealthy stuff.
When I saw the thumbmail I thought it was bricked weed haha
My smoothies are made from fruits, veggies + plain fresh water so I consider them pretty healthy 😉
I am aware about the fructose so I don't drink a smoothie every day...
lmao that muffin lady didnt even seem real 😂😂
That was a guy.
I like HowToBasic's food recipes.
smh
Why ? all he does is smash eggs.... Extremely boring
Sarcasm. Ever heard of it.
I avoid all health foods because I like my food full fat, full sugar and full flavor.
You must have serious health problems if you only eat junk food.
*dies at the age of 44 - cause of deah: "full flavour"*
Tobacco, too.
that trix commercial really took me down memory lane
yes that fruit juice you by your kids like Motts, Juicy Juice and High-Top.......just as much sugar as a soda. and those fruit cups served at day care........SUUUGGAR!!! you are better off making your own juice and buying fruit from stores anf cubing/slicing, or eating it whole.
I made a smoothie out of avocado, cantaloupe, and Greek yogurt, it was rich and tasty.
Elyse Solomonson those stuff don't mix well together.
true but I like it, so.......
well it's hard mess up anything with greek yogurt in it.
uhhh, fruit juice in general is pretty much not that great.
Like millions of curious people I've tried many of the "healthy" products highlighted in this video as well as their "actually healthy" alternatives.....When all was said and done...I'd rather eat dirt....
smoothies are healthy as long as you dont add fruit juice and flavored yogurt
And ice cream
agreed, just use unsweetened greek yogurt
True just use fruit that has the juice you need
So if I add cola and chocolate, but no fruit juice or flavoured yogurt , my smoothie will be healthy?
No, because due to the juicing process it does contain a huge amount of free fructose (the slow absorbing bound fructose is decomposed), going straight to the liver, where it is transformed into fat, causing non-alcoholic fatty liver-disease.
I make smoothies as healthy as I can. It's pretty much raw fruit, ice, and orange juice. Occasionally a hint of some Stevia if it's just stuff like raspberries or blackberries.
Once there was a commercial for a energy drink saying it was healthier than water and I was like gtfo m8 u wat
We need to stop counting calories and start counting chemicals, toxins, etc.
Martin Cedell we need multiple people to say this very same comment
moderation
No, the exact opposite. we need to stop using the word chemical and start counting calories. if you cut chemicals out of your diet you would eat literally nothing.
Stavros Samolis no, just no...Cut out that got dang vegetable oils and animal fats.
You know counting calories is impossible because the lables on food is off about 20 percent
bottom line...buy a couple of acres, grow and raise your own food IF your state allows it .
Why do they keep going on about food containing chemicals? everything contains chemicals.
