    this is amazing, great trash disposal. you could use excess heat for heating buildings, hopefully more small scale versions can be set up

    Should use induction to heat it up.
    Using renewables for electricity
    Keeping the temperature just below glowing
    That’s the future.

    Nice pilot plant. Would be nice to see the production statistics and efficiencies.

    Amazing how dangerous / risky these various processes are! Life and limb is cheap in Asia, no doubt...

    Wonder if the lady gas a safety swich near her foot, in case the tire traps her hand.

    You could make a shredder that can handle the steel wire and the rubber. The steel wire will be a extra mass to heat, but can be removed with a magnet very easy from the carbon dust.

    These oil making processes are very inefficient. It is better to make road surface with the shredded tires

    They cut the steel belt off then waste their fucking time stripping a tiny amount of rubber off it with an extremely dangerous machine

    The oil needs to be distilled again. The sulphur removed. So much work and equipment for little oil

      @@sammyd7857 plastic is made from oil so you can go full circle. Why would you want to do that? Because badly contaminated plastic unsuitable for remelting can make brand new virgin plastic and sorting plastic types is totally bypassed. That is a gamechanger when you get any old trash. Who cares if the banana peels went in there too!

    • @sammyd7857
      @sammyd7857 4 роки тому

      @@amtoo2898 they are talking about tyres but even old plastic is better to be sorted and just made into bricks. Then after the house is finished with you can burn the product
