Meet Dr. Kristen Chasteen who is the system medical director for palliative care and hospice. Dr. Chasteen chose to pursue palliative care because she loves listening to patient stories, learning what matters most to them, and helping with their biggest concerns. She shares that her passion for palliative care comes from helping patients live a better quality of life while facing serious illnesses. Hearing the impact that palliative care has had on patients is what inspires her to do her best every day.
