Yeah, she's sadly very unremarkable right now. Praying for big buffs (Would be cool if she could do break damage regardless of whether the enemier were broken or not with her EBA. That or her lone Superbreak multiplier needs to go up to 150%)
She's too slow to do well outside of linked hp bosses (you want speed in pf, not damage, especially in a break team) and has zero implants (can't brute force content)
The delay from imprison means you’re able to get more attacks in for more instances of super break so it’s not as bad as you think but yeah the initial break damage is weaker
The delay help a lot for Break team because Break team need the enemy to be weakness broken to keep dealing Break (Boothill) and Super Break (everyone else) damage.

Rappa and Firefly has the same problem, both are so dependent of super break, if you don't use HMC their damage decrease like 2/3

All dps characters in this game have their bis support character and not having them will result in low damage numbers.

This team isn't fit for MoC, you need HMC instead of Himeko at least. I can see this team being good for PF tho.

i feel like she seems weak bc she's paired with himeko... slot in hmc and she's definitely pretty strong w her break eff and low sp consumption
