I have said the same thing for quite some time… As someone who in the last 14 years has had three different stents put in, had a quadruple bypass and just two weeks ago, had right side carotid neck surgery, ever since I went back to the cardiologist over two months ago, and even before that, I was changing my diet again and exercising more and I have already lost over 20 pounds in that time… Dan eats the way I used to eat years ago, but I cannot do it anymore

Dear Danielle, Nothing is more frustrating than lazy guys refusing to deal with the garbage they create. They get so used to being looked after that it just doesn't enter their minds to pick up after themselves. I don't have the answer to cure them of this terrible disease. Perhaps if each guy lived alone they would end up being so mired in their muck that they would be forced to be aware and do something about it. When I worked at a large hospital our tiny staff lounge would be used by foreign doctors doing their electives in our department. Most did not respect the women staff; they used our personal mugs, left drink cups and cans in various places, so messy. We had to put up a sign that finally worked. "Clean up your mess....your mother doesn't work here!". Ironic, yes?
