Thank you Raquel for actually showing the prices of Texas BBQ. I've seen a bit of what Franklins (Austin Tx) charges but never a menu price. As a 18-wheeler driver it's not uncommon for me to travel coast to coast. Plenty of states have more cows than people. The prices don't seem to change however. I've always questioned this and thanks to you i've got a bit of clarity.
Roomers says, Texas has the best BBQ in America, looking at this video. I think Texas standing on business in regards to their BBQ grilling skills. 🔥👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿💯💯
Damn, I wish we had this kind of variation in our BBQ places in Melbourne or at least more in the south east. These all looked really good. The "crack cake" is intriguing...
The bread is to put the brisket on. Then add pickles, onions and a bit of sauce. That is how to eat Brisket in Texas. And it needs to be eaten hot, like it was at Salt Lick. Don't sit outside if it is cold and windy ;-)
Oh my, that bbq looks so yummy. I had to take a pic of addresses for them, thx for sharing, cant be that far from San Antonio. By the way I'm Postall on Discord or SpeedyPostall on ur Twitch channel. I'm so glad you had a great trip to the States and a Happy Thanksgiving. :) have a great stream tonight.
