Hello Cesar, this was a PRIVATE party (CD release) that happened to take place in a Portuguese club where they keep their flag on in all events. So, the event had no political connotation or representation of official Cape Verdean business in order to have the CV Flag on. Unfortunately most of Cape Verdean clubs in New England don't do the same thing.
Se reparar bem a bandeira de Cabo Verde também lá está e junto ao palco. E qual é o problema de estar a bandeira portuguesa num clube privado em Portugal? Acho bem que lá estejam as duas bandeiras.
