Hi Nancy, I've heard you say before, and again today, that you are lactose intolerant. I'm not a doctor, however my 6 kids Doctor said if they forget their melds in the morning, for them to carry "lactade". So they can have one 30 mins before they had dairy. It's worked so far, no yucky tummy. Just thought I'd pass on some info that has helped us. Love your vids!!!
