    I am new to tofu. Is the tofu pressed, frozen, or straight out of the package?

      I used smoked tofu for this recipe, but you can also use spiced tofu from Asian supermarkets, they all have a firmer texture and can usually be eaten right out of the package. Or you can use tofu instead, just dry it with kitchen paper before putting it in the oven. There are many types of tofu, and I have introduced them in my video.
