Cardamom pods: 3-4
Bay leaves: 2
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 2 teaspoons
Coriander powder: 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Fresh coriander leaves: for garnish, chopped
