    Thaaaaaaank you ever so much, I came here to check new creative ways of how to cook tripe but accidentally I found a solution to what I have been struggling with for years, that is, how to preserve chillies............thanks bro! All the way from South Africa

    With all due respect mate, none of those parts are arteries. Tripe is the stomach lining of the cow and the other tubes etc. you have here are all part of the cow's digestive system - intestines and so on. Arteries are blood vessels.

    Miquel Does the same principle go for Cows foot regarding the browning... not to put plenty in?
    I'm going to do your curried chicken midweek only I got chicken carcasses loads of them do I follow your principles from your written and video works but double efforts
    from Craig
    Thank you Miquel you did a good butterbean and Cows tripe and your corn bread too
    bye bye

      +Lazycamper1 WHITE I had to think about your question while buying ingredients for my next video. In the older days browning was thicker, now they are lighter. Yes you are right my mother and properly yours told us to use little bit...
      Nevertheless, I found that if you add the browning 1/4 teaspoon at a time it's best. At the end of the day you do not want to use too much, nor too less. It must be right!
      What I have written on the website for one pound cows foot is 1 tablespoon browning, to me that's just right..For cows foot that is.

    with onion after peeling away the trash don't cut the bottom part off as yet watch it off this will prevent the fumes from bleeding out thus less burn man

  • @RomaineDavy

    its not arteries its intestine man

    • @thayes2560
      @thayes2560 7 років тому

      Right on - It's not arteries because blood travels through veins - blood is not carried through intestines but instead waste and byproducts. By the way, arteries are smaller than intestines.
