Why do we have to tell cops what rights they are violating when they took an oath to defend those rights? They should know it by heart since they took an oath.

Insurance is bullshit all the way around! We are forced to have insurance on our cars and homes etc. , pay ridiculous premiums, pay a copay when we do make a claim! As nd that's only if your policy covers whatever your claim is! There is absolutely no point in having insurance! Yet the government demand we have it...on everything! And to "ANY" cop, no one is innocent, everyone is a criminal just waiting to commit a crime! We need to make sure the police and sherriff understand they are an arm of public safety and citizen safety is public safety and it trumps officer safety. We pay taxes to be protected and served not guilty until innocent.

The people need to start teaching our kids about the US Constitution at home and how it applies to us and the government. This will get us all back on the same page again, avoid alot of confusion.
At this point we need more than just education within our families, we need major reform in the courts and the laws that protect this tyrannical behaviour. Education won't stop it from happening, it will only tell us exactly how unlawful the police are. Police reform and accountability may stop the tyranny,regardless the cops will always act as long as we do nothing!
@glenntrombley9705 agreed, the problem is time. We the people, took a very long time to address these issues. It won't happen overnight and from the videos I'm watching change is happening in the right direction. This is always gonna be an issue, it's up to the people to keep it at a minimum. I thank these audits the same as I would our military, which is doing nothing domestically and costing the tax payers a heavy burden. Auditors are taxpayers that are brave and courageous enough to question Authority that's being abused.

Making the statement that this is legal for a no knock warrant The warrant has the wrong address on it The warrant doesn't review the facts that that person that they were looking for never stayed at that home! So as far as it being taken over by the government and you rather luck that's ludicrous absolutely insane! Qualified amunity is popping up where it doesn't belong. What a statement! Qualified amunity doesn't belong to aw enforcement anywhere anytime for any reason! The police get paid VERY reasonably to INVESTIGATE crimes and take APPROPRIATE action in bringing criminals to justice. If the cops can't even read an address how can we trust ANY part of their investigation was accurate? Even when the lead detective CLEARLY states he knew it was the wrong house and went in anyway! That det. should be brought up on criminal charges and pay restitution out of his own pocket! And if he can't afford the restitution, which he probably can't, he should spend time in prison working off day by day that restitution....just like the criminals he was supposedly looking for! If a cop knowingly ENTERS a wrong address, he should automatically be exempt from ANY local, county, state or federal protection and be viewed as a criminal instantly! We would be! How many felony charges would an average citizen end up with kicking in someone's door and destroying a home? How can ANYONE justify the police doing the same! Even if it were the the right house why do the police have to completely trash a home no one is hiding in a kitchen drawer or between dinner plates in the cupboard! I actually understand a limited amount of damage in certain circumstances, like a drug raid. I still don't understand dumping drawers and emptying closets and dresser drawers out onto floors! Your public servants getting paid "BY THE HOUR", use some "RESPECT", take your time!your not getting any extra pay for speed, and certainly not for efficiency!
In my county the judges only hear cases once a month so if you get arrested, unless you're bailed out, depending on the day you go in you'll be there for 30 days.
