I bought a 10K chair from him in which he was claiming 1 year warranty, its just 3 months and cheap quality chair has started making all kinds of squeaking noises. I raised it and he didn't bother about it, didn't hear back from him. the product he has doesn't provided quality. If you are serious about your seating go for a brand that will cost you only once but will come with a peace of mind
