I recently came across your video when you were trying to become pregnant a year ago and I wondered if that ever happened. I don’t know you personally but I was so so happy to see this on my feed. Congratulations to both of you.
Hi. My husband is has a c5/c6 incomplete injury and we went to Dr Jain in March of last year and we had our son in December. So your story definitely resonates. Congratulations!!
Congratulations!! Started watching you a year ago since my husband became paraplegic! We honestly couldn't have done it with out your amazing videos :) hope to see more content from you! Greetings from Cincinnati!
I'm so thrilled that you two are pregnant! You will both make wonderful parents. I'm so sorry to hear about your mother-in-law's stroke and the passing of your father-in-law. I am praying for a healthy and happy baby. Congratulations! I don't really have any tips on caring for your newborn other than to hold her every chance you get. They grow up so fast.
Wow! Can't believe that I overlooked your new video for over a week. That is great news! Congratulations...I really needed to hear something positive and seeing that you are okay and "expecting" made my day!
I have a Brocken t8 your video came up on my feed and it's really lifted my spirits this morning. Wow this is amazing, so I just happened to find this video the day your baby is due wow . Congratulations, I hope he/she is here now.
I'm super excited for you and your wife!!! I recently found u on youtube to get tips/strategies for getting in a wheelchair from the floor for a T1 SCI. I have since watched several of your videos since. I'm a occupational therapist but have little experience with SCI patients. Your videos are very informative and allows me to see how I can best benefit my patient and provide options and strategies to perform everyday tasks. Thanks so much for your videos!!!
Congratulations! I came across one of your other videos by chance today and have now watched quite a few. Very informative and good. I'm not paralyzed myself but I always find it good to know how other people I might come across in this big world have it and what I might do to facilitate us all :)
Congratulations. I am thrilled for you. I know this was a journey for you. The world needs more people like you. We live in a world where everyone is scared to be vulnerable and talk about their challenges in life. Because of that, we all walk around thinking we are the only ones who struggle. I can’t overstate how appreciative I am for people like you who are willing to put themselves and their life-challenges out in the open. I can’t imagine how many people have benefitted from what you are doing. You have such a positive spirit while facing some difficult obstacles. I’m honestly so moved by your channel. Thank you for being so authentic. The world needs more people like you. Heck, I need to be more like you. You’re going to make a great father of two!
Congratulations - I just stumbled upon your channel by accident, and although I'm not disabled - I still find your story and willingness to share your struggles and triumphs super inspiring! You and Tiffany are incredible beautiful people, and I wish you continued success, health and happiness! Cannot wait to see your bundle of joy!!
Awesome congrats!! I'm sure going through that whole process was frustrating, but you got there. Excited to see more videos where you will be a father. Take care.
Paralyzed Living my twins are ivf too. I'm a dad dealing with constant pain from a pedestrian with car accident 3 years ago. Back surgery only helped slightly. Still working and still fighting. Thank you for making these videos. I need to know I'm not the only one in the trenches and someone like you shows me human strength at its highest.

Im do happy for you. I ve been following your story since 2016. Your personal story has been very useful for my book. Blessings and I wish you the best.
I some how came across this channel, and I really like it! It shows me what someones life is like paralized. I have a lot of respect for you man, and I really hope you post more because I am curious about more of your life. Also, congrats on the pregnancy, I can't wait for it! (we might have the same birthday:) 8/24) You are so humble. You just gained 1 new subscriber!!
Your videos are exceptional .... The manner in which you articulate yourself so eloquently and so comfortably is truly wonderful . My immediate admiration goes to you for all that you've overcome .. Kinda blown away by your grounded and level headed approach and outlook in having to adapt to a different way of living and experiencing life .. Huge Congratulations on your imminent new role as a Father. You're going to be an awesome one ..... :0)
So very sorry to hear about your loss and difficulties 😥 you and yours have my deepest condolences Such good pregnancy news though... such a deserving couple... and yay for the IT’S A GIRL! 👶🏼 a huge congratulations!!!
Aaahhhh! I'm so happy for you! I've been following your channel for the past two years and always check in hoping you've a video up! Congratulations exciting times ahead❤️
0:22 I'm sorry to hear that. May your daughter grow up to have as warm a heart as my dear Cori. Some time ago I found a video by Mary Allison from NCHPAD with some tips you could use for handling a baby while in a wheelchair. I'll add it here as soon as I find it.
My husband is a quadriplegic and we are talking about our options for the future...would love to chat to you about it and the concerns about raising a child in this situation.
livingAsOne .. hi! I'm a female paraplegic, I raised my baby with no problems, she is now 36 years young. I got pregnant after my accident. And I also helped her raise her 3 children. God bless you and ur family in Jesus Christ holy name Amen.
Paralyzed Living congratulations btw!!! So did the ' tense' method work at all? That is something we have spoken about or is it better to go straight through to Ivf?
FallenAngel I used the TENS machine for ejaculation/insemination at home first but it didn’t work. Not to say it can’t work because there are other couples who had success at home. My sperm numbers dropped over the years of trying so that meant IVF was our best option. If you have plenty of time give home insemination or IUI a try. Otherwise IVF will be your best option for faster results.
I’ve been following your story for a long long time now and I’m only 19 but I saw this on my feed and I’m so HAPPY to hear this good news! Good luck to you both on this amazing journey this new baby will bring you both. ❤️
After seeing the title of this video I just had to watch it. So happy your and your wife are having a little baby (girl). Your support and I hope your faith has given you this miracle child. I have two grown adult son's, no daughter. But you get what you get right? I will stop viewing your site for a bit. I'm looking for work and need to move ASAP. Will get back on track when I'm re-situated. I wish I had money to help but I'm not working and things are tough. However your video has given me some inspiration and a sense of responsibility to do what I can for myself at this time. What I can share is a little love from me to you and your family. Once again, God Bless you.
If your into Reading I would really recommend the book 'becoming the parent you want to be" it's a great read full of info! Congrats and sending much love your guys way!
Really happy for you, so excited for you & your wife! I don't have SCI, but have a few thoughts since you asked. I did have mobility/muscles issues when my 3 children were babies, but my chair is more recent. I put casters on the bottom of some big baskets to reach things easier like diapers, books, a few toys etc. I got a rolling cart too. I find wheels on other things help when you need to be quick and need easy access to supplies. I'm less likely to loose balance grabbing something that rolls, instead of trying to lift it. Babies & little kids love my chair. I used to sit on the floor or couch with my babies, with lots of things I needed close at hand. When my kids were newborns, I had a carrier to strap the baby to me, so my kids were close & safe, yet my hands were free. I had one toddler I kept in overalls so I could reach out & grab their straps if I needed to catch them fast. There's some pretty cool looking stuff like carriers you can attach to your chair. Before long you'll be giving us great tips on parenting in a chair. Congrats!
So happy for you both. You're a lovely guy, and I became interested in your videos having stumbled upon them once. I wish you and your future family all the best for the future.
Brian and Tiff, congratulations! Brian you are a warrior and one of the strongest people I've ever seen. You are confident and inspiration to all. And as far as the baby, no worries. With your attitude and strength you'll handle her just fine.
And please make sure to show off your daughter once she's here! Would love to see pictures, and I know she'll have great parents! What a great chapter in your lives.
I am a mother and you helped me really see how much I take my life for granted. My partner and I got pregnant incredibly easily and quickly and our son is now 2 years old. It didn't cost us 10's of thousands of dollars or the heartache and stress I'm sure you and your wife had to face on your journey. Thank you for helping me see how truly lucky I am to be in my situation and to have my boys. Congratulations to you both I'm terribly happy for you
I am just coming across this video so I am a little late but... CONGRATULATIONS! I am so happy for you! I smiled so hard reading the title of this video. :)
