these 2 songs were the first ever kpop songs i heard. back in 2010 i got obsessed with Kesha and was looking up all her like unreleased demos and there was run devil run and it lead me to Girls Generation and i freakin LOVED them
RDR is soooo iconic, every gg song is BUT their formation in this song is hella clean and well-executed. Just look it up: *SNSD Run Devil Run legendary formation* videos of them performing will appear. It so satisfying to see them change formations, like pieces of a puzzle falling into place perfectly. Also, Taeyeon loves dark concepts. SHE LIVES FOR THEM, she doesn't like the cute concepts. Jessica once said "If Taeyeon hates our song, it'll be a hit" And it was SNSD does a lot of cute concepts and every single one is iconic. Yesss thank you! It makes me happy to see there are still newer kpop fans that can appreciate old kpop groups. Another snsd song you could react too is hoot it has a really unique concept, something that you don't see new kpop idols do today. And if you're looking for other old kpop groups to react I suggest girls day, sistar, apink, Kara, or 4minute. Edit: pls react snsd mr taxi (japan ver) too cause of the iconic outfits and the song sounds better but Korean ver is good too.

Run Devil Run is the song that got me into Girls Generation. I was initially put off by what I deemed as their 'overly cutesy' stuff (silly me), and RDR made me see them in a much different light. Fast forward a decade, and history hath repeated itself via Twice, who again turned me off due to all the cute stuff, but captured my heart with Feel Special. With both groups, I eventually grew to love ALL their songs, cute ones included. So yeah... don't know when I'll learn my lesson that cute is often quite, quite good.
You just into GG and already can distinguish between the holy twins; yuri, yoona and seohyun Preach👏👏👏👏 And also, their songs are amazing If you like their matured concept, PAPARAZZI is the most amazing Japanese K-pop song in the century If you want some cute/cheerful side recommendations, DANCING QUEEN for the win. Do Genie and All Night (clean version!!) next!😊 Also I HIGHLY suggest Karma Butterfly live performance. That song is one of their greatest Japanese songs and doesn't have an mv. YOU WILL LOVE IT!!
In Karma Butterfly, Sunny makes the sex appeal go to 110%. If you watch that live performance, be prepared for her attack, because every single one of her lines is so powerful. Also I get you on the "Everyone's my Bias" because I have three, the SHY Dance Line. And it's tough everyday cause I love them all.
So true~ When I first got into kpop GG ran the scene, and I didn't realize how spoiled I was to experience a big group where multiple idols had top-tier vocals. They are the eternal queens of kpop. Also if you want to get thoroughly bias-wrecked by Sooyoung I recommend watching Galaxy Supernova which is one of their Japanese tracks. You won't be able to take your eyes off her and this is coming from a Taeyeon fangirl 😂

Run Devil Run is the song that got me into Girls Generation. I was initially put off by what I deemed as their 'overly cutesy' stuff (silly me), and RDR made me see them in a much different light. Fast forward a decade, and history hath repeated itself via Twice, who again turned me off due to all the cute stuff, but captured my heart with Feel Special. With both groups, I eventually grew to love ALL their songs, cute ones included. So yeah... don't know when I'll learn my lesson that cute is often quite, quite good.
