This is a beautiful area for sure but the issue to me is that the turnpike runs parallel to this community and I mean it is literally in some houses backyards. Meaning noise and you see the road from your backyard. And it's constant noise because the turnpike never sleeps. I like the Highlands Ranch part better because it is not as close to the turnpike. And because the community is on a hill you actually look down on the road. Some of the homes are not close but the ones that backup to the turnpike are a no-go for me. So yes it is super convenient to turnpike and cute Winter Garden, bike trails etc. But if you value peace and quiet and want to be able to enjoy your backyard I would make sure your not backing up to turnpike!
My mother lives there on Ridgeglen. It looks lovely, but I'm appalled at the cheap doors, bathroom mirrors & Home Depot builder grade air vents. It would be fine, but for 1/2 a million it REALLY shouldn't be that way.
