Interest on working capital is to be deducted whereas interest on any other loan will not be deducted while calculating value added

sir interest on working capital is to be deducted while computing value added. the reason for such a treatment is that the int on working capital loan is production necessity.

Sir, int on WC shall always deducted from value added statement due to its operational nature. but long term loan is not because its a non operational expense.

Sir, if GST included in direct material, then it shall excluded while calculating cost of production from direct material, i.e. 1320/110*100= 1200 shall consider (assumed ITC allowed on such materials purchased)
