BMW 116d crank won’t start

BMW 116d won’t start because of low fuel pressure, after having the engine re built because of a failed timing chain the car broke down after four months of the re build, in this video we will explore what has caused it and hopefully be able to help someone who has had a similar problem.

Mines also has had the battery warning since 2022 last year winter time should I change my battery as well ? It’s a nerve racking thing to think you could break down anywhere

This seems to be a common thing in these F20’s… I have the exact same car only a 118i petrol 2019 version and my car cranks and doesn’t start and I’m afraid I will be out a lot of money hopefully not though 🤞🙏 I was told mines is the high pressure fuel pump also

@@mahlatsenicmmakomokone2785 yeah I got it sorted and the fault was it needed a new fuel pump and fuel pump module

Hi thanks for watching, it turned out to be the fuel pump in the rear, if interested look up the videos mystery solved and fixed fitted new fuel pump
