The basic method is to just sit anywhere. eyes closed and observe your incoming-outgoing breath at the entrance of your nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes but without deep breathing. And also when meditating, I’ve done deep breathing and I lose track of it sometimes and resort to slow shallow breathing the deeper I get. What’s the gist of that?
If one is able to avoid fear or control this emotion, he doesn't need any advice. But, unfortunately, it's useless to say " control your emotions, control fear or find out what you have fear of" to make it better, if one suffer from fear. This doesn't make sense to me. Control is never the solution

When would you incorporate deep breathing?
