1. I have the 1000LM version 1 year now , it's awesome 2. The HRM I had since 2021 slightly different model it's seems to freeze a lot of report the same incorrect reading , changed battery did't fix it so might need to bin that. I noted your price is significantly cheaper than what I am offered in AUD 3. Mini pump I have very similar, useless would be better of blowing in the valve from my mouth 4. Saddle bag , exact same one awesome had for 2 years now. 5. Multitool I got the Giyo one. Very good tool also nice work
Ahhh maybe that because of the street light regulation - I know that in Germany there are very specific rules about the angle a light is allowed to shine at and such. So maybe they don't wanna bother with that
Using the Magene HR monitor for about a year now and it just does it job. What really impressed me is that it delivers almost the exact heart rate data as my Apple Watch.
I have the saddle bag. Brilliant. I find it awkward to fit in the expected way, so I fit it on its side. Much easier to thread strap thru the saddle rails
actually "MAGENE" is the most high-end brand in China, so for quality you don't need to worry. This heartbeat monitor costs "14" € on taobao(China’s version of Ali) the same model😂😂😂
I have this mini Pump, it works for the small size valves, but its more than useless for the car style valves. As soon as i screwed the hose onto the valve, air went from my tire into the pump and leaked out. Its not possible to get air into the tire only out.
Nice video But I've never seen the magene heartrate monitor below 14€, I don't know how you got it for less than 10€... It's kinda ironic that in the video discription you linked to perhaps the most expensive listing for this product, at 27€.... anyway. I actually have it and although it works, the pairing proccess is kinda annoying. You have to start the app you're going to use, and then the monitor. So if I'm going on a ride and want to record the ride with strava on my phone, I have to launch the app, go to the record page and then wear the heart rate monitor in order to get paired. If I wear the monitor first and then launch the app, it's not recognized by the phone. It's the same thing using it with an indoor trainer as well (Elite Suito). It's a bit annoying considering that you wear it on your skin. So you have to launch the app first and then go get dressed... I would like a pair button, so you could press it when you were ready to pair it to something
First of all, thanks for your constructive criticism! I am not sure why my HR strap was so much less, after all the pricing on the page is quite dynamic. I probably just got lucky. In terms of the link in the description - I totally get your point and will check it once I get home later today. I always link the exact listing from which I bought it so that there is no confusion - in this case if there are cheaper offers I will make sure and link them! But nonetheless sorry! When it comes to the paring process though, I have to disagree. I just put on the strap, tighten it and then I open either Strava or Zwift. For me it always connected right away and I did not come across the problem you are describing (not saying that it didn't happen of course (!) but maybe there are different firmware versions out there). Anyway, thanks again for your comment!
Magene produces Wahoo and some decathlon trainers. However I've had 3 Magene HRMs die on me the past 3 years. I'm currently using Xoss HRM and if this dies, I'm getting the one which is chargeable instead of the button cell.
@@nikinikcc Chris from Nero show also reported the same with wahoo HRMs, the hypothesis is that there's really water ingress someway somehow which kills the circuitry. with magnetic chargeable ones at least that's a less point of failure.
That could certainly be true. I'll check out what's on the market in terms of HRM's and maybe I'll do a comparison between all the best options out there!
why i LOVE alie , has some issues but direct from manufacture would anywhere lol I've saved thousands that's pump is mine too , that light is all over too I have a bar one same build quality 10hr on low 4 on high
Be cautious with the HR monitor. I have one and it's base reading is 20-30 beats higher than the actual heart rate. I have found quite a few other users on the web whtat have the same issue.
Hey, thanks for your input! I see how the bolts could come loose, but that is an easy fix. In terms of the chain breaker tool bending - I used it before and mine did not bend whatsoever. There is of course the possibility of some units being better than others since quality control is always a big question mark

Seriously one of the most underrated channels on youtube. I'm using the magene hr monitor for over a year now and i absolutely love it
Thank you so much!!
@@nikinikcc is it possible to order the rockbros light to switzerland? Because it‘s not possible to order to Germany
Yeah should be possible - you'll have to look a bit though - not every version is shipped to every market
@@nikinikcc for some reason it‘s really hard to find lights that ship to germany. Everything else is no Problem but most lights don‘t ship to germany

Great to hear!

Great tip!
The hr monitor is so great. Cost nothing and works very well all the time. Great purchase
Totally agree!

I’ve used my rechargeable Livlov HR monitor daily for almost two years with no issues ever, cannot recommend it enough.
Glad to hear it's working out so well for you!
and the award for the best newcomer UA-camr goes to Niknik! 🎉😊
Thank youuuuu!!! Best Power BI Developer award goes to you though!

Ok im copping the magene
The cheap heart rate monitors tend to fail after the first battery change. Ask me how I know. My experiences include another model from Magene.
Thanks for sharing your experience - I'll get an exchange battery soon and see if anything changes!

Thank you for your input! That sucks to hear. I did have that with a wahoo strap I used before.
My fitnessband and my magene HRM show about the same values. Though I bought the 603 and not the 303.
Sorry, but tbe multitool is crap. Bolts come loose and chainbraker bends. No recomendation at all ...
