Office Hours: A Conversation with MSE's Dave Bahr

Dave Bahr, head of the School of Materials Engineering, isn't a "coffee snob." But he made sure there's a grinder in MSE -- the best to fuel his ability to drink a portion of his 8-10 cups per day.
"That's what we call Wednesday," Bahr told School of Aeronautics and Astronautics senior Nachi Yellapragada during the latest "Office Hours."
The series kicks off for the 2023-24 academic year with Bahr spilling about not only his coffee habits but also writing a cookbook while he was a student at Purdue, what's special about the bike he rides around campus, why he gives students UA-cam homework and more.
