How to connect RENPHO Nutrition Scale ES-SNG01-W with your phone:
1.Open Bluetooth, Wifi or mobile data. (GPS must be turned on for Android devices.)
2.Open Gennec App, wake up RENPHO nutrition scale.
It will show the “RENPHO Nutrition Scale”, tap it and the connection will complete!

Will this also work with prepackaged foods foods? For example, can I scan a barcode and it auto calculate the macros based on weight?

My Bluetooth connected once and now it’s not working ?

Please pair the device by following the steps below:

1. Ensure Bluetooth and network permissions are enabled on your phone and the network connection is stable.
2. Open the APP, it should default to the "Home" page of the APP.
3. Turn on the device.
4. Wait for a few seconds, a window showing "Discover new devices" will appear.
5. Tap "Pair". It will then take you to the measurement screen of this device and state "Connection successful" if the connection is complete.

When the data does not sync to your APP, please kindly try the following:

1. Reset the scale:
Please reset the scale by taking out one battery for 5 seconds and putting it back in.
2. Restart your phone
3. Delete the device from your app account and re-add the scale to your app account again. You can access the chatbot in the Renpho Health APP and input [Delete a device] and [Add device] to get detailed instructions.
Tips:
1.Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you are on the measurement page or Home page(for APP version V5.11.5 or above) of the body fat scale; otherwise, the scale will not connect with your phone even if you open the app.
2. If you use the scale without opening the APP, the measurement will be stored in the scale, you need to wake up the scale to sync the stored data when you open the APP next time.

If none of the above steps resolves the Bluetooth connectivity issues, please try the "Bluetooth anomaly detection" function:

1. Open the app and turn on the Bluetooth
2. Tap "Me".
3. Tap “Bluetooth Anomaly Detection”, then tap "Nutrition Scale" and follow up the instructions.
4. Provide the ERR code to us.
