I have a hard time with the sharp corners at the top of my holsters. Im good with the straight sides.

Man I always radius’d mine. I didn’t like the sharp corners anywhere on my holsters.

Thanks so much for the tip on the 45 degree deal! Already ordered that flapper wheel and spindles from you. One question though. How do you stop crud from getting in between the two kydex pieces when you sand after riveting? *****

That 45° trick looks to be exactly what I have been missing!
I am going to apply that in my sanding steps too.
Anyone have a link to the blue polish compound and the last wheel he used?

I can’t seem to find a buffing wheel like the last one you used anywhere. Any chance you have a link for a source where I can get one?

Let me see what I can find. Being in the jewelry business I get all my buffs and supplies from jeweler supply companies, and most don’t sell outside the trade. I also sold my holster business last summer so I no longer have control of the items for sale on the web store. But, let me see what I can do for you.

Greg Robbins thank I appreciate it. I’ve spent the last week looking everywhere local to me and countless hours on google but I can’t find anything as fluffy as that one. Didn’t realize it was going to be that tough finding a similar buffing wheel

About complex edges, do you use the wheel and compound on those more complex edges?

Which brand is your bench polisher? Nice job on the edges!

Can I buff the edges prior to melting and shaping my piece? It will be easier for me in my scenario.

Greg Robbins what if you don't care about the shine and just want the finish that buffing gives i.e. the smoothness

Possible to mirror-buff kydex on the surface? I need about 1x2" areas only.
