The 1 trick pony was once special (somewhere in the 90s) but now her voice has gone and trying to bring back something that was never there is rather pathetic. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. It'll be a food grabbing moment at the festivals this summer.

Tarja proved to be a successful act with and without Nightwish, and her sales exceed BY FAR that of any other musician who's ever been in that group, with their solo projects. If anyone's desperate for food, is not her, lol.
Nightwish always needed her more than she needed them, and cold numbers prove it. Compare Tarja's solo album sales, with Tuomas' sales with his solo project, lol.
The audience, still to this day, finds her to be more appealing than anybody else in the band, past and present. It is not an opinion, but an objective truth based on album and ticket sales over the years.
Rough time to be a NW fan I guess. Aren't they on hiatus? makes sense you're in here, they don't have any music to put out for their remaining fans, lol. Is not like it would be good anyways.
@@ligeiasiren4290 Well, the sales numbers and popularity stats beg to differ. The diva has made a carreer of being the ex-singer of NW. Look at her setlist -, it's pathetic. She always needs other people like eg Sharon from WT, that woman can write hits unlike the diva. Even Dead promises was written by someone else. It's because of Annette that Nightwish became more popular and skyrocketted with Floor. Her GLS is the most reacted on song on YT. She even got James Hetfield to appreciate Nightwish and her pop songs. That's why she was asked to open for Metallica. It's rough being a Tarjaholic.

I wonder how Tarja feels knowing Tuomas continues to exploit the "Nightwish" brand, a band she founded, now that there's only two original Nightwish members left, and they have a completely different sound.

Every note written was Tuomas', the only thing Tarja and every other Nightwish singer had to do, was singing his briljant ideas and compositions. About Marco...such a great singer, but what a waste of his talent to ever leave Nightwish. Under the guise of; "ohh the music industry treats me so badly", so I want to spend more time with my family. Sorry Marco, but that's complete nonsense, if you feel so badly treated, you should quit altogether.

@@Nopeahuoli1 Floor and Marco always sounds great together but since Marco left, Floor does also Marco's parts and for me, especially the Hellfest version is the best version.
Marko wasn't happy in Nightwish anymore. His mental health was deteriorating. Now he's doing better and having a good time. You may prefer Floor over Tarja but saying Marko would have been better off with Nightwish just shows you don't care for his wellbeing.

Nightwish now sounds like strawclutchers. A shadow of the once great band that everyone wanted to be and cover only the successful era of the band, not the disappointing failure that it has become.
To be honest they sound like very ordinary hard'n'heavy band. They have nigher original Nightwish's magic, nor current Floor's harisma and energy. Very sad.
Floor doesn’t have any charisma or energy. Tuomas has had to put Nightwish on hiatus because she can’t hack it.

You’ve lost the plot and the argument. There was no Nightwish without Tarja. Very much doubt there would be one with floor and a successful one as with Tarja.
It’s not for her to make people forget her, it’s people who won’t forget the success she brought to Nightwish. The very success that floor is living off. There’s nothing unique or special about floor, like there is about Tarja.
