What's your thoughts on apricot oil?
I would use it! I like to try new oils but I do avoid overly greasy ones like olive oil. However olive oil can be used as well if used lightly.
How mature should dreads be to do this? I understood that less than a year old, just forming, you want to avoid this to help it dread up faster? But with my 4yr old set, I should have been moisturizing at least by year 2, and I only realized it within the last year :( Just before I decided to brush them out and start my Natural/Neglect journey...
Sorry for just now seeing this one!...You can honestly start this routine within the first month or 2. Even sooner if possible to assure healthy happy hair/dreads as they lock up and mature. Gives them a great boost to start the journey! ;-)
