@wordsofrizdom Back to Dapo's Podcast, Nigerian Politicians SYPHONE Millions of dollars easily, so a 1million investment is not much to them, and same for Arab billionaires, But Arab Billionaires have more access to easy cash, Through oil wealth, So yes a $150m investment is feasible for them

@@aYushshrestha589 for me it helps you psychologicaly with greed (not taking profit/partial, leaving money on the table, holding position cause you are not satisfied with your profit and seeing it stop you out) when seeing actual money/profit not just numbers on screen, it will help you to value your profits more while trading and possibly minimize mistakes you make

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly

If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

I have no idea what you went through but my friend has come to accept that the only way to remain sane in the markets is mechanical system. No human being will beat the ups and downs of volatility. I'm willing to be wrong but don't think that the big money folks are watching the screens or rely on their emotions go on a roller-coaster with peoples' money. Maybe something to explore.

@Riz big thanks for all you're doing for the community. I must say that the level of exposure I've got from from these pods is unmatched.
However, I have a few observations:
    1. In my opinion I think you could ask the guest more penetrating questions in the areas of
    A. The trading system or/strategy they use?
    B. Their Market Psychology
    C. Their Risk management/Money management systems
    D. Some of the best books that have helped them in their journey
    E. They're down moments and how they've bounced back.
I think the answers to these questions will guide us new traders into deeper levels of understanding the journey.
    2. I think the interjections of the ads are not very timely; in my opinion it will be best if you bring in the ads after your guest is done answering the question you've asked rather than bringing in the ads after you've asked your questions.
That way we'll not forget the question you've asked after the ads come to an end . Hope that makes sense.
    Love from 🇬🇭

Biggest Takeaway from this episode is stay grounded in knowledge and intentional practice until you find your moment of truth which you can make autonomous and repetitive. Another key takeaway for me is to stay very true to myself in my journey. I also learnt that you should set out a minimum of 6 months to really put in the work to get your edge. I also learnt that accountability to once self is quite key for a trader's longevity. #SFT #WordsofRizdom

With everything that Kojo have said so far, one thing I have realized is that learning doesn't end.. Most especially in trading.. You keep learning to be a better person/trader..

The biggest thing I took away from this episode is that you have to do your homework but technically and fundamentally before you can be a good trader, that risk management is a huge tool to be consistent in trading, that reading improves you as a trader and that you must be disciplined in life as well to some degree to be a good trader. #SFT #WordsofRizdom. Great podcast.

Investing in stocks has to be one of the many essential things about finances. Individuals these days get lured into inaction and talk about the now and not the future. How do you grow a $10000 business to a $100,000,000 business? Investments, having a solid financial foundation..

Very true! I've been able to scale from $150K to $489k in this red season because my Financial Advisor figured out Defensive strategies which help portfolios be less vulnerable to market downturns

Technically I usually go with registered and licenced representatives. "RAY F JOHNSON " for example has the best performance history (in my opinion) and does offers 1v1 consultation to his copiers which I think is amazing. I don't know how many traders like that are there.>

I know people from military. My father is also from military and I know how disciplined they are. That is the plus point for him to manage disciplinary issues as a trader.

Not making up to a million before retirement is unfulfilled retirement.!! I'm 50 and my husband is 54 we are both retired with over $7 million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. No longer blaming FED for our misfortunes. Saving and investing lifestyle in the crypto and forex market made it possible for us this early. even now, we earn weekly

some people speak the wisdom of trading and some speak the wisdom of marketing, although both can be profitable traders one is skewed towards being a consistently profitable trader and one being a consistent and good marketer the later is Kojo I'd die on that hill but then again remember it's my opinion and we all have ours.
