A coworker had long COVID. He took zinc (liquid is easier to absorb) and high doses of Vitamin D. He said that he started feeling better in a few days. Might be worth looking into for people who are still feeling sick. I hope you heal.

I really wish the vaccine caused my Long Covid symptoms here in Canada. There is a fund and support for those who had issues with the vaccine. There is nothing for those with Long Covid, not even clinics like the ones in States. Numerous medical specialists here in Canada will not even see Long Covid patients. I have been waiting three years to see a Neurologist about by Long Covid Symptoms.
I had Covid, for the third time, this summer 2023, and I lost most of my hearing during that. Now I need hearing aids. I can't find anything that says whether I might get some or all of my hearing back or not. I can't find any support groups or anything for people like me. I was also diagnosed with tachycardia (SVT) after having Covid the first time.

I tested positive for Covid for the first time ever. I’ve never been vaccinated. It started 6 days ago with a sore throat, then 2 or 3 days after I had chills, fatigue, and the sore throat. Then I started running a high fever for the last 3 days but I’ve been using ibuprofen. I feel like crap and I’m ready to feel better again.
Not me. I caught Covid and it was no big deal. It was only a bad cold. I have had much worse flus, like Influenza A. No lasting side effects of any kind. However, I eat right and take vitamins. Never had a flu shot in my entire life.

Not me. I caught Covid and it was no big deal. It was only a bad cold. I have had much worse flus, like Influenza A. No lasting side effects of any kind. However, I eat right and take vitamins. Never had a flu shot in my entire life.

@@LionhartMI’d look into vitamin D to help with your long Covid if I were you. Get your levels tested as it’s probably low. Something like 10,000 IU vitamin D3, 120 mcg vitamin K2, and 200 mg magnesium bisglycinate per day could make a big difference.

Vertigo, fatigue, migraine, nausea. I wish this would just be done already. Never had vertigo in my life. Literally hit every wall. Fell. In tears. Scared me. Every morning i am afraid now. And i am young and healthy and did not get vaccinated. I will never get it now. I see people everyday getting sick after getting the jab

These people lied to me. My wife was fully vaccinated and died from COVID in two days. I took her to the doctor the day before she died with a blood oxygen level of 80. They sent her home and told her to get some rest, she died the next morning.

I had long covid for almost 2 years..Tried almost everything for minimal results..Then I did a raw food vegan diet for 30 days immediately followed by a 5 day water fast..Lost 25lbs total in 35 days..Feel great compared to what I was before..
