  • Afghanistan is not a country that is easily broken. No matter what death or destruction has happened in this country, life perseveres, and it's a testament to the spirit of the Afghan people. The narratives of good and evil don't always neatly fit over any country, let alone one as complex as Afghanistan.
But it’s the resilience and the warmth of the people that have left the deepest impression.
This journey has reminded me that Afghanistan is more than just headlines; it's a land of contradictions, rich history, and incredible people. It's a place where hope survives, and life goes on, no matter the odds. This country is safe to travel to if you follow the rules and have the correct guides.

Afghanistan has been plagued by decades of conflict, including the Soviet invasion in the 1980s, civil war in the 1990s, and the U.S.-led invasion in 2001. The presence of various armed groups, including the Taliban and other insurgent factions, has led to ongoing violence and instability. Join me as I visit what is considered as "the most dangerous country in the world" and explore the rich history, diverse culture, and breathtaking landscapes. I'll go beyond the headlines to showcase the true beauty and resilience of the Afghan people. Featuring @BlackmanDaTraveller and @Abzventure.

The person who refused to shake hands was wrong, because Islam does not teach us this, Rather, our religion teaches us that whoever treats you with love and respects your religion, you should treat him well, and you should also treat him with love.
Displaying acts of kindness is a fundamental aspect of our religion. Islam encourages kindness and compassion towards everyone, no matter, one’s religion, status or color. There is an emphasis in the Quran to be kind to one’s parents and orphans.
In addition to performing our daily salah, being a true Muslim involves making a concerted effort to follow the actions of our Prophet (saw) in our daily lives. The Prophet (saw) said: “Every act of kindness is charity.” Sahih Al Bukhari: 6021
maybe he felt that the way the Americans have treated these people, so he thought that maybe you are also among them. But he shouldn't have thought that, he thought it wrong.
So Harry brother I will request you to ignore this and not take it seriously at all,
Everywhere you meet all kinds of people, sometimes right and sometimes wrong, everyone's way of thinking and understanding is different,
You always keep making such good content and spreading love and my prayers are always with you 🤝 ❤ love from India 🇮🇳

The one who memorize the Quran was the best example of how to put the words of God in his heart and in his actions, there's no such thing as being harsh to people of people of other faiths, the Quran teaches the people of the book to come together and form an understanding, to smile at others and treat guests well, I love the kids that wanted to memorize the Quran as their ambition, as a 30 years old I am only trying to do this now, how intelligent these children to focus more on the eternal than the ephemeral life.

HOWEVER, I really wish you should show the bigger picture that despite the conflict has ended, there's a massive suppression of anyone who opposes Taliban. Women can't go to school. Non-Pashtun ethnic groups have been sidelined. There have been countless revenge killings of former Afghan security forces, and men who opposed Taliban have been disappeared to this day. Im an Indian muslim and even I can't believe how different Afghanistan is. Thank you Harry for checking out Afghanistan and contributing to the children. You have no idea how happy it made me feel after seeing you learning Persian, Dari, Pashto, Arabic and Urdu. Even though you didn't learn the languages fully, Im still grateful and happy for you trying to learn them and trying to communicate to the Afghani people.
Glad to see you enjoy Afghanistan! If anyone there treated you badly because of your religion, don't worry. Those types of people do not represent Islam. Especially the dude who refused to shake your hand. All who were hospitable and helpful to you truly represent our religion, for it is all about providing and helping others, regardless of their religion or ethnicity.
Also, even I get uncomfortable at seeing a goat be butchered. I just don't have the stomach for it lol.

It's important to remember, though, that the challenges faced by Afghanistan today aren't just due to the US involvement, but also the UK's participation in the bloody war. Also, the comment about feeling like stepping back 100 years really resonates - it’s a reminder of the lasting impact that foreign invasion have had on the country. the reason he was not shaking hand with him is that only non muslims he saw in his life was NATO soldiers bombing his village, killing childrens, taking his elders as prisoners, torturing his imprisoned bothers, hence after they defeated them ,he came on their land hoping warm welcome and that everyone will respect him. that is the reason after he knew how peaceful he were the he regretted it, but don't forget they fought non muslims with their blood so he deserve forgiveness.

In the Quran, Jesus is taken to heaven by God, but no record says mohammd is in heaven, not even the Quran.
There are 26 different arabic versions of quran( u can google it), which one is real?, means it's not word of God. Mohammd has disobeyed all commandments of God, which means he disobeyed God himself. Mohammd has killed, raped, did child marriage, married his sons wife, owned sex slaves and so on. Mohammd drastically died from poison, a very normal human. Even God didn't warn him and mohammd can't predict his future. Mohammd can't predict his own future, how will he predict his followers future?
Jesus predicted his death and resurrection, that happened. Jesus himself said he is the Son of God. Jesus said he will be next to his father in heaven.

This is really very amazing that you visit to Afghanistan and show the people that the Afghani people are so friendly and all of them are our Muslim Brothern country. Islam give us the message of peace and good behavious to all those who are non-Muslims. You showed that how the peace became in Afghanistan now. All the people are doing their work, jobs in a peaceful way. The most important is that the Taliban Government doing the best in their nation. They feels peace and tranquility other than the other rules of Afghanistan.

Really awesome video ! You really showcased the humanity of the people of Afghanistan. Something I think that can often be lost when looking from the outside in, into a country where people have gone through so many horrors. I was born in Iran, but grew up in New Zealand, and look forward to the day our brothers and sisters in Afghanistan can live in peace ❤

Harry, you made me proud to be of European descent (mostly UK). I'm a colonial - (Canada). your courage in going to Afghanistan is impressive any way you look at it. When we look at Afghanistan through the eyes of America we cannot see so clearly. Thank you for clearing up my vision so much. What a lovely country. And a great people who just want to be left in peace. Kudos to you!

How interesting that you say you are colonial in that you are Canadian, okay fine. Then you praise a Brit who weirdly happens to go to Afghanistan for who knows why and being a Brit he is a representative of one of the biggest colonial powers who oppressed and subjugated the people and now ironically you praise this potential spy for going into Afghanistan and just “hanging out”? 🤨
