This was so interesting! The question and the answer. I was at the point jonas described for years. Inner child work was key for me. My inner child did not know how to get sympathy, attention and love from others. It only ever got that when being sick. And even then it was not the love she was looking for. A lot of crying, healing and loveing yourself and understanding all your parts with IFS. Thank you for your work guys
"Gods not a psychopath"- so true. I still have negative thoughts a lot but i never manifest these things. Your shadow also manifests, so to be aware of your negativity is even better and your on the verge of changing the negativity. But before you always first "sit" in it, bwfore it moves through you...
I had become obsessed with suffering a few months before my first ayahuasca retreat. No wonder the plant took me right into a huge physical and mental suffering. All calls for God to end it were in vain. Only after hours of tossing around, huffing and puffing in pain, feeling the suffering of my ancestors many generations back, especially women ancestors, I finally got bored of it, gradually starting to laugh at myself. Only then it started going away. The beings of light were laughing at me, and I sensed they were laughing at us humanity at how we tend to obsess and get deep into the feeling of suffering again and again instead of raising up. That made me upset at first, because - how can they laugh at something so important and serious! But gradually, it saved me from a belief that suffering is good and we all have to suffer. It is deeply rooted in most of us, just as the belief that we don't deserve love.
