Could u have ADHD? I say this in the most loving way. I went to get a Neuro Exam and got diagnosed w ADHD and it changed my life. Inconsistency was not my fault.. we struggle w motivation and well there’s so many other things and now I know that it wasn’t my fault .. it was undiagnosed ADHD and now I use a number of things to help me w being consistent and well just knowing it’s not me changed my life n perception of myself. ❤😊 play nice w urself .. u are doing the best u can n that’s good enough 😊
maybeeee!! i did have my suspiscions but its so hard to get a diagnosis nowadays!
There’s this saying that makes me calm every time I think that I am not the “best” in anything, so the saying goes,
“Jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”
I hope this keeps your thoughts at bay every time you doubt/overthink your self/skills just like mine :)
