The double gang badge constable at the beginning tried "educating" you into handing over the flyer ID. Very friendly!! And he's a supposed expert from the drone team!!!
When you put your ID on the drone obsure part of it. Because when a cop asks to see it his camera is recording your ID. Making you tracable even if you haven't committed an offence.
MATEY DON'T GIVE THEM AMMUNITION TO CALL YOU OUT SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE SEEN THE DRONE AS YOU DID NOT FLY THE DRONE
Copper has no right or qualification to determine airworthiness of an aircraft. Asking for you operator id was a no no and he realised he made a mistake. If I had an unroadworthy vehicle in my driveway, they can’t do a thing until I take that vehicle on a public road.
she had no problem running with your bike, and yet she parked in a disabled bay.
A few insulting remarks about the officer, but I thought he was decent and informative. Your drone is in a state, and he didn't take it from you. So Kudos to him. That dreadful thing at the end was nasty🤢🤢🤮🤮
So it’s okay then is it .. for a police officer to lie .. to a member of the that he can prosecute them is it . I really don’t think that’s right actually
@@rosemarymcgrory-eb2gd He didn't lie, it is an offence to fly a drone that is un air worthy.
Why is she parking in a disable bay when she's not displaying a disabled badge
Surely you didn't have to physically give him the drone, only allow him to see what he needs to see.
not flown, so no right to even inspect, end off
As a drone pilot myself your drone was shocking. Any prop damage should be replaces and you ID number pretty basic stuff tbh. Police drone guy was very good 10/10. I would not get it fixed just upgrade to a mini 4 pro. Good video.
Maybe the man needs a little lift in life , help a brother in need by liking commenting sharing and subscribing 👍
So this is why we need more cops! Why are they not arresting criminals on the streets and drug barons? Why are they not breaking up gangs on estates? No, no, no. That work is far too dangerous. Best to try and criminalise drone operatives. What a waste of public money!
This cop is a professional liar and tyrant - he wants to stop you and got it done. Is someone really believe his fake talk about safety at all? He gives a shit about laws, rights or legalities - he only want to bully, harass and trick the people on the streets! Clearly he is one of the "rare" bad apples...
The criminal woman at the end should be ashamed of herself - stealing is bad for your reputation and doing it on camera is outright stupid...
He can’t prosecute you, he can arrest you, the CPS can charge you and a prosecution solicitor can attempt to get a magistrate or court on side to enforce a prosecution.😊
Read up on "Drone Laws" before attempting to fly again, please.
Since when did police officers become pilots?
Police need to spend more time investigating corrupt politicians and there shady dealings rather than wasting time on someone carrying a drone,
you need a second drone to let them inspect one and then fly the other
Even though he didn't have a second drone he should have said he'll not fly that drone but fly his other drone and no you can't look at it.
I wonder if PC 281 is accredited by the CAA and competent for assessing airworthiness of drones (it was in a shocking state though)? Whilst Schedule 8 gives this PC no right in law to inspect the drone in these circumstances, you actually handed it to him to do so instead of stating the law, why?
I did not hand it over it was on the floor. You literally just watched him pic it up.
@@auditinglancashireYou effectively 'handed it over' by giving him permission to inspect it.
He's a knob, but you handed him your drone
Cant blame the copper looks like its not airworthy so buy a new one with id on it.
So as you see the two Black ISIS Gang Badges and trousers tucked in boots there’s going to be trouble. Then on go the black glasses, against police regulations, maybe trying to intimidate ?
Cleaner, sounds like car has a modified exhaust, but nothing will happen her pals won’t prosecute. Let’s hope she’s not been in the store cupboard sniffing the spray polish.
What gives you the right to go out planing to fly the drone that was illegal…if you have had drone training, ignorance is no excuse.if you want to play with the big boys, then grow up…..
There's no point moaning about him checking your drone. You let him do it.
Fortunately, the officer was OK, plus it hadn't flown yet so he gave advice, good for him, might not have scored points as a cop but several for human being
If he's going to prosecute you he must be moonlighting for the CPS.
Dame could you imagine, him stood up in a courtroom
In a tight fitting three piece suits 🫣🫣🫣
He was completely correct in regards to the condition of the drone.
That cop looks like he comes straight from a Wallis and Gromet film.😂
1984 thought police. We have stopped you in your car because we thought you were about to exeed 30mph and as such "would" be breaking the law by speeding
On a mobile device whilst operating a motor vehicle tut tut tut
I thought he couldn't do that unless you committed an offence
Why didn’t you know that you had to have your flying ID on the drone.
First off you don’t need a flyer ID.
You only need to affix an operator ID when you’re flying. Also, the CAA themselves have stated that the best place to keep the ID is in the battery compartment.
It’s not a number plate. The operator ID is just there to trace the owner if something goes wrong.
Looks like her one eye is looking for when the next bus is coming😂
I hope you don’t drive a car in that condition
You haven't agreed to be governed..so all laws and statue are in the bin..
I thought police had got to meet fitness levels
Only when they start ,they used to have to do a fittest test every year but there would be very few left if they carried on so they got free tickets to the doenut shop as you can see 🫢🫢🫢🫢
PC 281 hiding his Gang Badge 🏴☠️
I still cannot understand the trousers tucked in the boots
It's a safety measure for when they shit themselves, hence the frequency of tucking trousers into boots.
So true, they’re laughable. Trying to pretend they’re military, lol, and also believing they’re doing some sort of an actual honourable job that really benefits the citizens, Lol! Bunch of jokers.
I literally saw a police van responding with no blue lights
#Fail
🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻
The only reason you didn’t fly the drone is because you was caught out but would say every police officer should be checking all auditors drones due to if one auditor is happy to fly a damaged drone how many others are doing that?
Half douzen police, 2 cars, training etc etc.
For what?
We are rich in uk, splitting hairs for nothing clearly.
Zero fitness standards 😮
Auditing isn't for you. Give it up before you talk yourself into real trouble.
What on earth is that fake Union Jack? I don't appreciate it being misrepresented.
what a sad bunch of wasted tax payers money. have absolutely fk all to do for work so they have to interogate a man with a " dangerous" drone
Who had all the pies What a state he’s in got that gang badge on which is against police policy but he’s not interested in policy is he these very bald police make it up as it goes along
Dress code much
No sunglasses when talking to members of the public
Everything's unsafe, wtf. I get the propeller notch but come on - serious copsplaining
She's 2 cars then ?...a LHD and a RHD ?????
NEVER WILLING GIVE YOUR PROPERTY TO THE POLICE!
Let the police use force in order obtain your property.
This will benefit you legally and possibly financially! 😉
If you let the police take it it’s called robbery if you give it to them it’s called handing over property
If the police take it by force, it’s called robbery.
If you give it to them freely, it’s called a Voluntarily handing over property meaning you did it freely that give police powers to act because England is a policing by consent another words, they need your consent to make a arrest.
You need a new drone, that one is fuc*ed...and get it legal.
This made me chuckle, you need a new drone and brush up on drone laws, also just a quick note, when you've been given words of advice from the police, just accept it and don't rabbit on, but good video all the same, good entertainment so mission accomplished.
N9. I will if u think I've commented a crime
He’s a drone safety expert and he can spot a prik in a mirror every morning
So post a video of your incompetency as a drone operator. Some many things wrong with your drone . The police office did you a favour. Get the drone sorted or a new drone plus but yoir operator I.D. on it if you have one.
Quick question: I used to fly the mini helicopters, the blades would get knocked about pretty easily, but replacements were fairly inexpensive.
Are blades for drones cheap to replace?
(Even the shell/body of mini helis were cheap at around $10 cdn.)
Section 8 only gives them power to ask to land IF suspected of or in commission of a offence just read it
Incredibly sad isn’t it . When members of the public .. know the law better then the actual police
Hope ye bought a new drone?
I do not consent nor do i wish contract with you...Common law is the law of the land..
Doesn't work like that, consent cannot be given or taken away. The only way no consent works is if they're trying to do you for an offence that doesn't exist.
For example just asking for ID without a crime. That's none consensual.
Always check cameras recording.cop cameras
Plod cannot prosecute anyone. The CPS can elect to do so, but not plod. They seem to only employ people at the wrong end of the spectrum, and this one in spades. In any other walk of life, this one would not be employed as a chewing gum collector.
can u imagine her riding ur bike away lol
He is right about that propellor. That's dangerous from a 'it dropping out of the sky' perspective.. And YOU gave him authority by not refusing but, in my opinion, you did the right thing. Sometimes, it's just the lesser of two evils. Now, get the quadcopter repaired and upload more vids.
If you wanna go up against the police you need to learn the law first or they will have you every time
Petty about the damage overweight cop, I wonder if the know before they threaten people with prosecution he "could" and this is radical thinking for "some" police he could "support" and "educate" and use his superpower "discretion" and not threaten first. Having said that, he was very good compared to far too many of his mates👍
Did she park in a disabled spot? Who is she any way?
Well done for making that thing world famous.
Does Darwen have a separate Halloween party 😅
Using a phone when in charge of a motor vehicle Oh dear!
At this weight its only a toy
I want to go to station fircsome boogie 😂
has the officer been evaluated to chase drones across the countryside on a mountain bike , how is he supposed squeeze through little gaps in the hedges when he is kitted out like inspector gadget ? got 2 offensive labels on his fancy dress so a dubious individual .
As this size of drone is classed as a TOY are police forces going to inspect other toys ????
PC Savage rides again !!!!!!!!!!!
They been seen to get on there high horses about a kiddies quad bike and thought they had the crime of the century 😂😂😂😂😂😊
I think we all need to stop this cop from .. eating all the Donuts 🍩 we need to buy them all first 😅
Don't no when this was filmed but according to the government website Karen the crazy cleaner is driving around in an untaxed vehicle?
each clown on £50,000 a year ! the police have just lost the plot of who pays them and what their real job is
Good old Darwen…
Had a quick shufty at the legislation plod is quoting. Quite revealing that Section C states:
the commission of that offence involves or involved the use of the unmanned aircraft, or the article associated with an unmanned aircraft, for one or more of the following purposes-
(i)to endanger any other aircraft (whether or not an unmanned aircraft);
(ii)to cause any person harm, harassment, alarm or distress;
(iii)to undermine security or good order and discipline in any prison or in any other institution where persons are lawfully detained;
(iv)to damage property (including land or buildings);
(v)to threaten national security.
So, there's that old and very subjective 'harassment, alarm and distress' bollox.
Tac car No indication turning right, are they exempt.
Is that beautiful chimney that fred dibnah worked on
For a second i tought he was about to eat the drone..
Oooh but he works out of the Headquarters.. He must be someone very important, obviously fed a lot of treats .. to keep him happy 😊but still has absolutely no
Idea of how the law works. Could you imagine him stood up in front of a judge lol . He’s officer out of puff Peter
Well I think this guy should go back to school, primary school.
she has spent too much time around cop thugs.
The Karen at the end illegally parking on a disabled parking spot twice !
Did you buy drone secind hand? I buy brand new when I get a drone
Dellt w some real crime there off to burger King 🤴
The reason that gave the cop the right to inspect your drone was your sheer ignorance of your rights and the right to refuse an unlawful order
AL admitted his intention to fly. ANO has provision to inspect a drone intended to be flown. He identified it wasn't air worthy. The only bit the copper got wrong was saying OpID needed to be displayed. It doesn't, it just needs to be attached.
Learn to listen, you talk too much.
Greek standoff you mean.
A mentally disturbed woman parked in a disabled bay.
What is she I hope she's staff and not a police officer
Hi A L
Wrapped in tape and broken propeller. Not a difficult decision to ground it. Come on don’t get drone flyers a bad name. That cop was pretty decent with you to be honest.
Cops right on this one. Seemed like a decent constable for once.
Not worth fixing it mate would probably cost you the same price as buying a new one. Once you disconnect motors and cameras the onboard CPU or PCB board can be a nightmare with error codes etc. then you have to solder everything. The body will fall apart anyway and you aren't able to push the slots on the sides back together. Once you break them off that's it.
He could use the parts in a self-build. 3D printed might be too heavy, but a carbon fibre frame might be viable.
Ive not flew it -no you blew it have not flown it ! 😂 wasn’t a day wasted you saw a couple of police cars 😅
They were real
HIPPOOPOPPACHOCCAMOOSES
Mad to see you in sunny Darwen. 🌞. Must have been the 1 sunny day a year we get here.
You touched on this, but the constable had no right to inspect the drone under Schedule 8, this only applies if the "flight IS taking place", not "will be". The constable also has to have, "reasonable grounds for suspecting that the unmanned aircraft has been, is, or is likely to be, involved in the commission of an offence". What was the offence that that the pilot was suspected of committing.
Schedule 8 gives no right for him to inspect it to "check it is legal".
note how fatcop states for a certainty that the drone was damaged due to a bad pilot....bit rude. it could happen in transit in the bag for instance.
Very good policeman: guided by the law.
What planet our you on ?? A very good police officer, dose not lie .. to members of the public about what their police powers our . No police officer. And I repeat No police officer can prosecute anyone ever . Weather they work out if the police headquarters. It’s the CPS who prosecute criminals in this country. And not taking his sunglasses off .. when he’s talking to a member of the public . Definitely not a good officer at all
Except the bit where he said he'd prosecute him if he flew the drone.
Stop eating chips
As a drone and RC plane flyer myself, I always ensure the craft is in an airworthy condition before even leaving the house. To intend to fly a Mini 2 with a badly brocke prop, and the camera held on with electrical tape and no opperators ID showing is certainly a no no. Well done to the police officer for being profesional (on this occation) for not allowing the pilot to fly. Makes a nice change!
It looked like a piece of brown box tape which wasn't even stuck properly so could have come off.
Not having ID on it, I should have been confiscated (if he'd flown it).
