I propose this story.
Not many events change until the Uchiha massacre. Kaguya, despite being sealed, manages to travel as a non-visible spirit and is therefore informed of all events. she saw that Sasuke is in revenge mode and knows that he is the reincarnation of Indra. She decides to take advantage and appears to him when he is sleeping. She lies to him by saying that she would have given him power to kill Itachi and with the tsukuyomi plan she would also resurrect the Uchiha. Sasuke receives Karma. Karma gives him great powers, but even when Sasuke discovers the truth, Kaguya can control him and use him as her puppet against the enemies of the fourth war. Sasuke becomes more powerful, but temperamentally becomes much worse.
Hagoromo is incredibly worried. Hagoromo hoped for Naruto and Sasuke and would give them power after years of them both growing in every sense. Now he is forced to give power to Naruto right away or he won't have enough time to learn since there is a lot between dojutsu and the rest. Even so, however, it would not be enough. Naruto would have to face Obito, Sasuke, Madara, and probably Kaguya alone.
The spirit of his brother Hamura comes to his aid and decides to look for someone suitable to inherit his powers and role. Too bad Kimimaro Kaguya and the Hyuga are not good for this task. But then they find the right person.

Now having tenseigan the seal cannot be reused and this makes Hinata very happy. She is angry at the Hyuga and wants to show how strong she will become to those who despised her. Furthermore, she is no longer a Hyuga and the clan can't do anything about it because she is a civilian in training who only answers to the hokage.
Naruto and Hinata train from the next day and become very strong over time, but this is not appreciated by Sasuke who sees them as enemies and the thing is quite mutual because they know everything.
The Hyugas also don't like Hinata's change and Hiashi begins to think he made a mistake.
It is in chunin exams that Naruto and Hinata show their power and potential. Hinata faces Neji using the byakugan that the clan thought he couldn't use and also uses the tenseigan. Neji is humiliated and so is the clan and Hiashi.
Naruto faces Sasuke. Sasuke has Karma, but Naruto has real control over his powers and is more calm and focused. Furthermore, Naruto, who is not in team 7 because Naruto and Hinata told Hiruzen everything, has received training while Sasuke is with Kakashi and therefore the bare minimum. Sasuke loses and is pissed off and decides to leave as soon as possible because Konoha isn't helping him enough.
During the invasion Obito arrives and takes Sasuke.
Naruto and Hinata help Hiruzen and stop Gaara. They are recognized as heroes and the Hyuga clan is increasingly pissed off for having made a mistake. Many within the clan found out about Hinata and began criticizing the elders. And they can do it without consequences because Hinata went to talk to the daimyo against the elders and cage bird seal. Daimyo can't do much with internal clan things, but he forbids the use of cage birds that are harmful for trivial reasons. So apart from real internal revolts or things like that it cannot be used to do harm and the elders have lost power and influence outside and within the clan.
Hiashi also suffered the blow, but unlike the elders he knows that he deserves all this.
Years pass and Naruto and Hinata have become stronger and stronger. Sasuke killed Itachi and discovered the truth about the Uchiha and Konoha and as in the canon story he wants to destroy Konoha. Here, however, he has two really powerful enemies to eliminate before winning. Sasuke officially enters akatsuki.
There aren't huge changes, but during the war Hinata is much more important. We get to the final battle against Kaguya and Sasuke. Sasuke has discovered the truth and is now controlled by Kaguya. As when naruto was was 14 year old jonin and was made 5th hokage because of hiruzen decision and at that time naruto meet rias who was just arrived at konoha by portal and he asked her and found out about her life as he help her and trained her as rias started to have feeling for naruto because he was not like riser and issei as naruto didn't see her trophy and lust for her body like issei as they got married and had child when naruto was just 17 year old before pain arc and war arc and i think rest you can decided as I gave you general plot I hope this time you consider my idea

What if shinagami gave naruto xenomorph abilities. You could make the face hugger a seal that spawns a customized summon for the host that has their abilities (make it a good guy naruto because it'd be ironic)

Hey can you do a story like this but naruto gets kicked out of the clans inly for hagoromo hamira kaguya and the otsuatuki like.momoshiki shibai and pthers to take him in and declare a blood war on konoha uzumaki and namikaze clan which ends woth uzumakis lole Kushina menma moto bejg spaves as they are a side branch like hyuga but worse
