Digital DiarieZ entry 8: Don't let the distractions steal your attention!!!

at this very moment, I am entering my first week of being in my free bird era. I thought this video was going to be put up yesterday but everything always happens as it should.
It's so easy for us to fall into the negative thought loop and begin to question ourselves, but in this era let's let ourselves know that we are propelled towards the things we are for a reason!
nothing happens by accident, everything has a purpose.
all we have to do is trust and believe!
