Wow your really smart! I have progressive cone dystrophy and am legally blind. I first thought there was a problem with my vision 8 years ago. I found out I was legally blind around 3 years ago. I saw doctor after doctor after doctor until I was finally sent to the dallas retna center where they did many tests with light and response of my eye and color charts and gene test. Now I know that both my mom and dad carry a gene that caused both my sister and I to get this disease. Ever since I found out I had cone dystrophy we have been going to the retna center every 6 months for more test since this disease has not been seen at such an early stage.
