My daughter lives about 7 miles from there She had her wedding rehearsal lunch at Schmit"s .Her husband and inlawas are German.It was different for me coming from a Hispanic background but the restaurants good was amazing ! You are very close to me .I hope all goes well and TFS 💜
It is such a cute area. There is also an amazing book store in German Village but we didn't make to that this time. You should definitely visit this area if you have a chance. I hear it's really cute at Christmas time.

There is a German town in Northern Georgia called Helen that l would like to visit one day. I bought my grandmother a cuckoo clock like the one you showed that had the dancers dancing on it. My husband went to Columbus a few times for his work but dont think he knew about those places or I'm sure he would've went! My favorite chocolate from Germany is Rittersport! I’ve been to German Village. I think we went there in 1992 after we went to the festival the had there in honor of the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus!
